The technician arrived on time, spent a few minutes asking questions, then went right to work fixing our network issues. He then moved on to one of our workstations which was having trouble running certain programs. He took care of that problem too.

 + -1 moreWhen I called them, they said they would arrive in approximately one hour (which we found to be incredible). Then, they did arrive on time. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He moved from one problem to the next with no difficulty. We felt the price was fair for all that was done. We have used them twice since for different problems and are absolutely 100% satisfied. We have dealt with several different technicians and they are all very sharp and addressed our problems in a prompt and professional manner.
Description of Work: They fixed the sound in one computer. They changed a switch in another. They cleared a bug from a third computer and fixed the antivirus program. They also reset one wifi and set another and replaced the access point.

 + -1 moreLaptop was running slowly, and they listed an online price of approx 50 dollars for a tune up (clear memory, defrag dis, etc.), the price listed in the shop was higher, but they did honor the online price. They recommended doubling the memory, which I had them do. The computer is much improved. Their prices were fair, and it was ready when promised.
Description of Work: Conducted computer tune up, and added memory, both of which were badly needed.

Description of Work: THE POWER SUPPLY WENT OUT. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO A POWER SURGE. THEY TOOK OUT THE MOTHERBOARD AND ANOTHER ITEM.
