Description of Work: Charged for work that wasn't done and also when done was poorly done. Over rated and expensive. Never use them!

 + -1 moreCalled and requested quote on lawn treatment for rental property. Tech went out to the property and called me wanting to give a verbal. Requested quote via e-mail or mail. Never received quote. Called about quote. Quote lost. Tech went back out to the property and stated the tenants don't want the lawn treated and again did not quote me. Called tenant and tenant stated he never said that to the tech. I give up! Will find another service provider. NOT WORTH ALL THE CALLS NOW! JUST THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I USED THEM!

 + -1 moreI am happy with them but I found we had old termite damage. They say that because they can't find active termite they do not warranty that. Which I think is boloney because we have been using them for over 8 years. So I don't see this as them standing behind their warranty. Their prices are ok. They are very responsive.

 + 1 moreI was disappointed with their service. I had some small issues with my lawn. I called up the company but they did not respond to my call until about 2 months later. My small issues in the lawn became bigger issues. They blamed the issues on the irrigation system. I had the irrigation company come out and check their system. Everything was working fine. The lawn continued to die. About a month later the general manager came out and apologized but it was not their fault. They offered to pay for half of the resodding. I found another man that would reseed my lawn for a cheaper price and whom I had confidence in. I then discontinued the use of Massesy Services.
Description of Work: I had this company come out once every two months and weed and feed my lawn. They also took care of pest control issues.

 + -1 moreThe absolute worse. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We hired Massey to provide lawn fertilization and treatment. We moved into our new home in Oct. and they came and applied the fall and winter treatments, (supposedly). Well when spring rolled around I could not believe all of the weeds coming up. I would call the company they would send someone out to "spray", the individual would show up and walk around and spray the individual weeds. After 3 or 4 visits of them spraying the weeds and nothing happening, other than more weeds coming up, I called the manager. He came to see the "problem". He readily admitted something was not right since the weeds weren't dying. I final gave up and decided to treat the yard myself. After one application of weed and feed from Home Depot ALL of the weeds died and the yard looked great. I cancelled my service with Massey. Frankly I think they were probably just applying water to save money. Did they try to fix the problem? Well, when the manager showed up I thought something was going to be done.

 + 0 moreIT'S OK. YOU DON'T SEE THEM. ALL I GET IS SOMETHING IN THE DOOR. THEY AREN'T VISIBLE. I CAN'T TELL ALL OF THE TIME THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THERE. THE WINTER MONTHS IN FLORIDA ARE HARD TO TELL. WE DON'T ALWAYS HAVE WINTER SO OUR GRASS DOESN'T ALWAYS NEED TO BE CUT IN THE WINTER.
Description of Work: IT IS $360 DOLLARS A YEAR. THEY DO PEST CONTROL, WEEDING AND JUST GENERAL LAWN CARE.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME IN EVERY MONTH. THEY DID THE WORK, AND I PAID THE BILL. THAT WAS IT. I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM COMING. THEY DID A FINE JOB. THAT'S ALL.

 + -1 moreI DON'T REALLY GIVE IT A WHOLE LOT OF THOUGHT, BUT THERE ARE NO BUGS IN THE HOUSE, SO I GUESS THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB. ONE TIME MY HUSBAND MENTIONED HE SAW AN ANT HILL OUTSIDE, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET THE JOB FINISHED.
Description of Work: THEY DO WHATEVER IT IS TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO KEEP BUGS FROM COMING INTO THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreI KNOW WHEN WE'VE HAD TO CALL TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND DO ADDITIONAL WORK, THAT THEY'VE BEEN PRETTY QUICK. THEY SEEM TO BE FINE IN TERMS OF PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: THEY JUST FERTILIZE AND KEEP THE WEEDS DOWN IN THE YARD. THEY ALSO FERTILIZE THE ORNAMENTALS.
