"RUN, don't walk away. If it were possible to give negative stars, that's what Big Hammer has earned. Hired them for a workshop/garage build. They didn't even level the area properly. Todd and Marcia Kirkland refused to have an inspection done once we discovered they had been lying from day one so they could collect more than $135,000. We stopped paying them once we found they had been defrauding us. They have yet to fulfill a single item of the scope of work, refused to provide a schedule for the work. Completely failed to build to the engineering plans. Defrauded the county bldg dept to save on permit fees. Refuse to provide insurance info. Building is 1'7" shorter than plans because Todd Kirkland didn't level the surface using ANY transom or even a line level. They blame to engineer. State regulators are useless, "it's a civil matter" even after regulators were provided evidence of fraud and willful misconduct (DBPR is supposed to enforce regulations involving contractors). Bottom line Todd and Marcia Kirkland are con artists plain and simple. A check of civil suits against them in Levey county will confirm for yourself. DO NOT USE BIG HAMMER! YOU WILL REGRET IT!"

The install crew was great and hard working. But some of the installed material came flawed and follow up calls have not been returned. I d be skeptical about their longevity if they re even operating anymore."
