+ 0 moreDetailed in the above post. One thing I did not mention is that when they finished they just left although there are no visible issues. My two issues are I am having trouble getting them to come back out to fix the numerous leaks and I cannot get the salesman to send me a copy of the sales tax I paid. I don't believe he ever will. I will not use these guys again as I do not like headaches. Update, August 24. One of the guys came out yesterday and caulked where the leaks were. It hasn't rained since but I imagine he got them fixed. It took just over 2 weeks to get it resolved which isn't that bad in hindsight. I never did get the tax statement from the salesman and would be shocked if I did.
Description of Work: Installed a 30' x 10' screen room on an existing concrete porch. Came home on the second day to find small aluminum pieces all over my driveway along with a roofing screw. Thankfully there was so much I saw it and was able to clean it up with no damage to my car tires. | | It was finished after 4 days and looks nice. Only complaint on the work is there are numerous leaks and they have not been able to come back out as of yet. It has been 10 days since I called and no time has yet been scheduled. I am hopeful that they will come out soon. | | I have also tried to get a copy of the tax that I paid and have called 3x before I reached the salesman that I used. He is, I hope, going to send it to me. Leaving messages didn't work which is why I called 3x until I caught him. | | I am mostly happy with it and once the two issues are addressed I will be very happy. Nice bunch of guys but they sure don't talk to you much after they get paid. | | |

+ -1 moreMy experience with them went absolutely wonderful. I could not recommend them more highly. I was discouraged at the beginning of my search. I did not get them through Angie's List. I just happen upon them through my husband's work, and they were wonderful. They will be doing another project for us next week. I liked the people that worked for them, the owner that I was in contact with, their professionalism and their quality of work. I change my mind a lot and they did not lose their cool with me. They made it happen the way I wanted it to happen. Their price came in surprisingly low. I was under budget with them. I had like $500 left which was amazing.
Description of Work: Lake Square Aluminum Inc. put a very large screen room at the back of our house.
