I made a phone call and within 1 hour Mike Dever arrived, inspected, determined problem and corrected the problem. Mike explained the problem corrective he would take.

Electrician and assistant checked all connections. Went beyond his responsibility to check the new recently installed water heater. Discovered defective upper thermostat. I installed new thermostat. Got hot water. Yea!

Mike and Ryan installed a Dedicated line in my front yard bushes. Which will greatly help during Christmas time. They also fixed our garage, porch and hall light so they have all now have own line. They both did a great job, were timely and Polite throughout the job. We will be hiring them again next year.

Very expensive for what was done. Installer cut a hole in the wall in the wrong spot, and had to be covered back up. I had to spackel over the damaged spot. And never offered to reduce the price $250.00 to move the outlet 30 straight up the wall. Never again.

We needed a switch to be replaced and called and got Mike. It was a Saturday morning and said he would be here around 10:00. He came and fixed the switch. He came and was very courteous. He did a very good job. We were really impressed that he was able to do the job in a timely fashion.

Turns out all my 2 wall-mounted fan/light controls needed were new batteries, which I supplied. I believe $144.00 was exorbitant price to replace 2 batteries. On the plus side, Mike diagnosed the problem right away and knew exactly what was needed.

Cathy in the office was terrific. She called me within two minutes of my signing up with Home Advisor, and had an appointment scheduled before I even logged off the computer. Robert showed up on time, solved my problem quickly, was courteous and professional. My only criticism is that the job cost more than I was told it would.
