We hired In Charge to install new lighting, fans, smoke detectors, and install some misc. electric items. Quotes were presented on initial visit. The work was done on schedule, and we are pleased with the results. The final bill matched the original quote.

MIke did a great job. Asked about the problem and then went an extra step to make sure that I was satisfied with the solution. Would call them again when I need electrical work.

excellect ideas and work quality, cleanup could improve

on 6/11/2019 lighting hit my neighbor house in-destroying things in our home we called in in charged electric, They had to replaced breakers due to lighting failure . In speaking with the electrician James he told us about a surge protector that will protect our home in the event that lighting hit and caused a surge ,the home would be protected . WE had the work done paying over three hundred dollars . In givien us the paid receipt we never received any information on the surge protector . I called the company on 6/17 explained what I wanted . Well we received nothing , . Making an email to James again with a request about the surge protector.again nothing , so my reviews have not been good either, The office manager called me . today after I just finished a nother review stateing she had been sending paperwork in my email but I never receive anything , Finally Mike just brought the paper work to us. so to update my review I want to say their work it good just make sure you get the paper work receipts or warranty or proof of what they are saying is good . dWE jsut found out this surge protector is good for only ten years and not life .
