+ -1 moreGot in touch with Fence-It on 5/21 through an online form on their website about getting an estimate for fencing in my backyard. They responded back the same day on the inquiry through email. Told them that I had the measurements, type of fence and pictures of what I wanted done as I had gotten 2 other quotes. They said if I could email them the specs they could provide me a pretty good estimate and we could go from there. I emailed them al the specs, picture and type of fencing but never heard anything back. Finally on 5/23/15 I sent a follow up email to insure they had received my info. Linda emailed me back on 5/26 saying she would have her estimator look at it and get back to me. I haven't not heard a word or had any contact since. As of 6/1/15 I still have not heard anything.
Description of Work: Needed an estimate on fencing in my back yard.

+ -1 moreThey were apologetic but he never explained why he never called back that Friday afternoon like he said he would but did call back the next week. We ended up going with another service provider to have this job done.
Description of Work: I called to have them come do an estimate to install a fence on one side of the property. We made an appointment for a Monday and they showed up on Friday without me knowing.
