+ -1 moreYup service tech came out saying he didn’t see mole cricket sings .said he couldn’t spray the whole yard even though I’ve seen the tunnels and dead ones in the driveway- he arrived about 4 hours after lawn was mowed and trimmed . Obviously didn’t believe me and he said he could spray perimeter. 3 1/2 minutes later he was done. Rcvd invoice and changed me for “lawn spray” for mole crickets. WTH terrible service after 7 years with this company

+ -1 moreDeans killed my lawn. I replaced 75% of my lawn because they said it needed to be replaced to get rid of weeds. spent $1800 in the fall for new sod. Contacted them over last two months concerned that lawn was looking stressed. Technician said not to worry, that it will fine. I called yesterday to say it looks dead. That's what the supervision confirmed. I watered the lawn, they treated it and now its dead. They will not replace the grass. They are good at charging for the services, but they don't stand behind them. Consumer beware. Fired them today. I can't afford to pay folks who kill your new sod.

+ -1 moreThey came twice. I paid for a year in advance. You can call them to come back for free. They got rid of the Ants. The price was good. They don't come the same day. If you had a terrible infestation, they might. They came after a few days.

Description of Work: This was the first installment of a One Year Quarterly Service. I had an existing problem, so that price included a $99 clean out charge.l I was advised by my Screen Person that there were carpenter ants on my roof. There was a sticker on my house showning that Dean's had done work previously. I called, explained my situation, and someone came out the next day to give me my options. I had the work done the next week. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to use Deans. It is a family run business and my opinion is that you get more personal service AND they are local. The (local) man who came to do the work explained everything he was going to do, asked what my concerns were, and told me that I would have Nothing to Worry about. He answered Every Question I asked him. I am Very Confident in the spraying that he did. I feel as if my house is a bugproof fortress and that is a good way to feel. He told me if I have ANY problem that I should call and it will be addressed. I am sure that in the near future I will start termite treatments with them also Just in case! They will let me know if I do or do not have an existing problem and deal with it. Peace of mind is part of what I got for my money..........Money Well Spent!!

+ -1 moreI like Dean's Pest Control a lot. They're very nice and do what we ask them to do. We have a termite contract with them and one of the things they have is a dog to sniff the termites. The dog is a beagle and they have more than one and not many of them have it and it's a nice feature because most of the other guys come into your house with a screwdriver and kind of knock on the wall looking for the right sound that indicates termites. This dog is a whole lot more accurate. When we bought our house the contractor had their own pest control people and we got rid of them right away because their service just didn't impress me at all.
Description of Work: We have a yearly contract with them and they come periodically on their own schedule.

+ -1 moreThey are great. They come out. They do your lawn. They do around your windows. If any bugs come across your lawn he is on his back. He is dead. If anything gets in your house. you call them up. They are right here pronto. They don't mess around. When they do that and you are ready to wash your house they say just call us and let us know. I'll find out when they are going to do it again and I will get the guy here before they do it. Other wise when they pressure wash it they will wash all the stuff off of your house after you just paid one hundred bucks for it. They work with you with that you know. I like them. I have worked with them for five years. When I don't have any problems with people I keep them. I will continue to use them even if I move.

+ -1 moreI have had them for eight years. I like the fact that, if I call them, they are always here right away. I did have a problem inside one time, and they came in and took care of that immediately. They come if I need them. I don't know much about prices, but I think it is a good price.

We haven't seen any of the pests they are trying to control, so we assume they are doing a good job. We wish they had some way to control the gophers we've have this year. Their prices are comparable.

+ -1 moreI originally contacted Dean's because my neighbor's were having great success with their lawn issues. I contracted them and everything was good and then it wasn't. Come to find out after many many many calls to the company, the individual I asked to do my lawn and shrubs left the company and they were sending his replacement. The replacement person never stopped by the house to introduce himself or stop in to see what the other guy was working on for me. My grass wad diminished to 1/2 the lawn to to the chinch bugs and another critter. My Japanese Holly's were black with city mold. I finally got ahold of someone at their offices to finally tell me what was going on but I dropped them anyway. I have a new lawn service for both my homes and I am much happier. In fact, now my lawn is the "talk of the street."
Description of Work: I hired them for lawn care as I had an infestation of chinch bugs and another critter plus black mold on my Japenese Holly trees.
