DCO Flooring

Our deepest thanks to Sergio and Fabio and their install team, and Steve for his care and help in selecting flooring that worked just so right in our home The care in which they moved our furniture and the placement of felt pads as they installed on the furniture showed me a great attention to detail and the overall pride they placed on their work. I would highly recommend this business above all that I have worked with, ever! The job was well above our expectations. This is the type of business we all need to get behind and support. installer was on time and finished job within an hour including cleanup. He even redid a portion my wife thought looked out of sync because of the vinyl pattern.

DCO Flooring did a good job. The installation was pretty good, it was just a matter of some of the product wasn't available as soon as they led us to believe it was going to be and one of the laminates came up a little bit darker in color than what we thought which was a matter of manufacturer but it was just a little bit disappointing. Another thing that was not pointed out was in one of the room, the floor wasn't really leveled. It was all minor stuff, it was just that it wasn't a perfect experience.

They delivered the bedroom carpet that day and had to back order the carpet I wanted for the Living/dining room. They suggested a similar carpet they had available, but I opted to wait for two weeks for the carpet I wanted. The beat Home depot and Lowe's by a lot. Would not hesitate to use again.

My experience with DCO could not have been better! Russ, the salesperson was helpful without being overbearing. After researching various laminate brands, I decided on Quick-Step or Columbia, which are both carried by DCO. (It was difficult to find reviews. A very good site is www.laminate-flooring-installed.com. This blog site is written by a floor installer.) I decided on a Columbia floor because it was about $600.00 cheaper than a very similar Quick-Step product. When the Columbia product wasn't available, DCO substituted the Quick-Step for the same price! The installer, Dennis, was awesome! He arrived between 9:30-10:00AM every morning, (great for me, since I am a late riser). He worked straight through without any breaks! He moved furniture and removed carpeting all by himself. He also applied felt protectors, which I provided, to all the furniture. And it looks great!!!

THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WE GOT AND THE SERVICE WAS BEYOND ANYTHING WE'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN PAST 30 YEARS. WE JUST COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING BETTER THAN THAT.
