Fast replacement of the roof. They did break one of my windows however Travis from covenant roofing took the time to make sure the job was done and the window was relaxed.

They were suppose to return to repair the soffit that they pulled off while putting on the new roof. never returned to do the job and would call me back. Thank you, Randall Wilke 407-340-1436

Great roof-great company-great communicators! One thing I really appreciated about my interaction with Covenant Roofing was they were great communicators. You hear horror stories about roofers but I was never in the dark. They communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. I started my search through Angi. I wanted to make sure to only deal with reputable roofing companies. I asked for information and they texted me right away to set up a free estimate. It was one effective text. Other companies inundated me with calls, texts and emails from different sources. Dennis came out and did my free estimate. Although I saw their credentials on Angi, he still shared them with me. He was friendly and professional. He gave me various options in materials and financing. It put my mind at ease to hear even if I put money down, they wouldnâ t take it until the roof was complete and I was satisfied. Again, you hear stories of money taken by roofers and work not done. I was impressed. We came up with a price. He told me what to expect next and I was emailed the contract. Within a week, I was texted and emailed a date for the roof replacement. Steven contacted me and told me when he would drop off the trailer. There was a delay and he called and told me it would come the next day. It was nice to be notified and not wonder. His team came out early and did an amazing job. They were very efficient and professional. They put down tarps and when they were done, they completely cleaned up. You would never know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof. I was very happy with the new roof and told Steven when he picked the trailer the next day. It looks so nice I wanted to set up a place to sit on the roof and enjoy it. If you need a roof replaced, do yourself a favor and contact Covenant Roofing. You will get a great high-quality product installed by knowledgeable professionals at a great price. And you will never be in the dark because they are great communicators!

Project: Install TPO Roof. Very professional and did the job within several days of the estimate (earlier than what we thought it would be)! They were on time and finished in one day. They cleaned everything up. I gave them a 4.5 for customer service because I have not had to contact them. I don't want to give them 5 starts or 1 star if I don't know. I gave them 4 star for value because we felt that the price was higher than it should be, but not many companies handle TPO roofing so we didn't really have much to compare it to. We went with them because of the ratings for other stye roofing materials, so thought they would be good company to work with.

Covenant was very professional and helpful from the beginning. I liked the fact that they have their own warehouse so you do not have to wait weeks for the roofing supplies to arrive. I have a house over 1700SF and Covenant put the roof on in one day. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new roof that's done right.

They made up everything include clean up completely and have been keping time on the job.

Covenant roofing for the quality of work I would rate all five stars. I am so excited about the way my roof looks. It looks fancy and elegant. I cannot express how much I am grateful and thankful for Covenant roofing, they came along just in time. My roof was 30 years old with much damage to the wood that was on top of the roof I was so pleased how they call me and let me know what was going on through the process and let me know that the wood on my roof was damaged and not apply shingles for my roof before fixing the bad plywood that was on it. I ended up owing more money than expected. But through the good and gracious, of this company Covenant Roofing I was not charged for the extra, Thank God for covenant roofing.

They were professional and reasonably priced. I have had several compliments on their work and would hire them again if needed.

The professionalism within this company is outstanding from start to finish. Performance was exactly as stated and I had my new roof within two weeks which with the permitting process is understandable. I actually left for a few days and came back to a new roof.
