Great. Prompt, courteous and professional.

This is an outstanding, reliable company. They were quick to respond and very honest in sharing the actual picture of the repair needing to be made. In other words, they didn't try to sell me a new roof that I didn't need. This is an honest company with strong integrity. The repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and when it is time to fully replace my roof they are going to be the first company I call.

Went extremely well. From estimate to completion very professional. Kept me constantly informed and advised. My roof is difficult, very steep, yet they did a great job, and completed it in two days. I am very pleased.

"Beggars Can't Be Choosers" ...those were the eloquent words out of the owner when we were negotiating his estimate to replace my roof. I had to ask who was the beggar because they had spend over 2 hours over two days trying to earn my business. Out of 6 different quotes the average was 8500 and Covenant Roofing comes in and offers to re-roof my 1536 sqf home for $ 11136. Considerably higher than all other estimates. You see, their game is to come to do your estimate before anybody else and try to pressure you into signing a contract before you get the other estimates . This is high pressure sales folks. Think time-share sales without the free cruise or resort stay. This poor beggar home-owner went with another Angie's List A+ roofer and saved $3500 by doing that.

Just perfect,roofers arrived @ 7:30 AM & were finished @ 7:00 PM. When job was done they cleaned up every piece of scrap roofing & nails. Neighbors & passer bys have complimented to me how great the new roof looks. I was given a complete rundown of how the roofing job was too be done & they did exactly as stated. There were no surprises & for once they started on time & finished the job on time. I couldn't believe how professional the workers were. I would recommend Covenant Roofing to anyone looking for a 1st class company.

Smooth, on time, without complications. Friendly people to deal with came back next day to recheck and made sure all was picked up and clean. My husband and I are very happy looks amazing, thank you for great job done.

The project was finished in two days, and they did a great job cleaning up all construction materials from my yard.

Worst company ever. I have been trying to get them to come and fix their mess. Have ask that they remove the roof they put on and refund my money . Can't seem to get anything accomplished. the roof was put on in November 2019, still waiting today is March 13,2020!!!

The work was done in a very timely manner...it was even done on a Saturday! The workers were punctual, courteous, and hard working. They answered any questions I had with informative answers. The job was done efficiently as well as the clean-up. It is refreshing to see workers take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this company to others... in fact, I already have done so.

Good quoted price, money paid after job was completed. Initially job was explained fully, all licenses and insurance shown. I was contacted to advice when materials would be delivered and contacted to say when work would start. The workforce turned up on time and worked tirelessly until it got dark. They only stopped for 1 hour due to heavy rain but started again straight after. To replace a complete large shingle roof took less than 2 days. More than pleased with the outcome and workmanship. I would recommend to anyone.

Be advised if your on a budget don’t even bother getting quote!! Covenant was between 30-40% higher than my average estimate!!! Price not withstanding Sales was great (thanks Dan) 0% 18 month financing was great offer Work crew was awesome ( guys stop picking on the young guy on the crew even if was funny as ****) Site prep was well done Workmanship was as good if not better than most of the other jobs in the area (about 30 going on) Base materials were upgrades on some other bids. Site clean up was also awesome (only one nail in my foot a day later!!) Only issue I had was communication between sales, office, and myself! A few of my requests concerning time of calls (I work 6p-6a) really messed up my sleep!! Also I requested not to run my credit for 0% financing till after I had decided which company I was going with ( I was down to Convent or Excelr8). Other than above I am very happy with finished project!!! Thanks guys!!!

This company was A+++++ for their svc, communication, & quality of work done. Absolutely professional in every step of this process. I very highly recommend them for sure. This reroof was covered by my insurance co as this was from a high wind storm except for the deductible below. D. Cook, Villages, fl

Great company the morning they came out to do our roof. They were here at 7am and done by 1pm. Cleaned up after made sure no debris was left. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed.

From the first phone call to the meeting with the sales rep. and the first meeting with the crew that was going to do the work and the people in the office. We could not ask for a better company to do business with. There motto "The Difference is THE PROMISE" says it all. They do what they say they will do and did not try to sell us something that we didn't need. What a GREAT Company and when I need to replace our roof they will be the company I will call.

Excellent. Covenant Roofing is one of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with. Their workers from the office staff to the managers, supervisors, all of the workers were always on the job. They arrived everyday on time, worked all day well into the night. Cleaned up each day before they left, answered any questions or concerns we had quickly and efficiently. If I ever have need of their services again, I would definitely contact them. I give them an A Plus rating. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

Excellent. Communication was excellent - they let us know the process all along the way as well as from the get-go. They were accurate on their dates and times and kept to the schedule. We are very grateful. The workers were kind and considerate, even making adjustments in where they placed their equipment to accommodate the needs of disabled family member. We highly recommend Covenant Roofing and would use them again should the need arise.
