We were very pleased with the response we received when we contacted Covenant Roofing for an estimate.. The representative came to our house within a day of contact and fully explained how the process would be, the materials used, and what to expect. We had contacted at least one other roofing company and were not impressed by their response so we signed a contract that day. The roofing began two days later and was completed in one day. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating to requests such as putting plywood down on the driveway prior to installing a dumpster so that the pavers would not get broken. The roof has been fully inspected and looks fresh and beautiful. We are very happy with the response we received, the materials used, the workmanship and the attention to detail. The office staff was helpful with questions and the field manager was pleasant and delivered all of the paperwork that was needed.

They came soon after calling and repaired the lens.

Done in day and half. Job was excellent and very professional. Jordan, Brandon were easy to work with. Also, Brian went above and beyond our expectations in checking and blowing out our gutters. We would highly recommend Covenant Roofing.

All 10-15 Covenant workers were absolutely honest and on-time, hard-working, and friendly. They replaced wood flats, ventilation, etc. where and when needed. Cleaned up completely when they finished. They took care of all licensing and other governing paperwork. All I had to do was pay them, and they did not create any inconvenience.

Covenant did an excellent job from start to finish. We were extremely satisfied with the entire job. We are getting compliments from our neighbors on how well the new roof looks. At this period in time in our neighborhood, many homes are getting new roofs. This past summer, 40 or 50 roofs have been replaced and we can honestly say that ours is the best looking. Fantastic team at Covenant from the initial contact through the final inspection! They laid out the schedule well in advance, met every time hit time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job! They will be my first choice for future work and would recommend them to anyone.

All went well, but if you are considering a TPO roof like I just got, be aware that they are not attractive at all, in my opinion - just a plain white layer. You might want to consider spending a little more for shingles. I wish I had.

While he was responsive, his pricing was very high and he spoke poorly of other companies and it was a high pressure presentation.

We have 2 leaks. They say it is not part of the warranty. We owe thousands of dollars for a roof that still leaks. Read all the fine print and then do not do it !!!

They aimed to please. The roof looks excellent and they passed with flying colors. They did all that was necessary to complete the job.

Excellent roofing company. Showed on time, used quality underlay and shingles, bonded, insured and work was done in a day & 1/2. When the inspector came he said they did a real nice job. They needed to take off my lightning protection and when they finished the cables were left on the ground. A call to the owner John resolved that by sending his area supervisor over in ten minutes. I recommend them highly.

Our roof installation was a smooth process with Covenant! We do have a multilevel roof including multiple teirs, but that didn't faze them. We are so happy with all of the staff including the workers and management. They showed incredible work ethic and professionalism. We are very happy with the final outcome. Thank you Covenant!

I saw them on Angie’s List and called for an estimate. One was scheduled and the guy came out and went on the roof and then said he will go in his car and work up some numbers. He came back 25 minutes later and asked if we can go inside and go over everything. Asked if my wife can sit in and I said no because she is in her office working. AlsoShe doesn’t get involved in this because I take care of estimates. We went in the garage and he spent 20 minutes telling me all about the company and what all they will do. The he says “unfortunately I can’t give you an estimate because someone at the office does them, and asked when he can come back and meet with my wife and I” I already told him my wife does not get involved with estimates. He also was not wearing a mask. The other companies did. Wasted my time! What company sends out an estimator who can’t write estimates?

It went good, the price went up a bit but that’s because of all the wood they had to replace. I’m glad they did, they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality that’s for sure. I feel like a have a very tough roof for the hurricanes or bad weather we have here in Florida.

Very well. The quality is outstanding. I never questioned there work ethics, or was I concerned if work was being completed. They were there early and worked until dusk. My job was extensive and it took extra time. There intensity was as strong the day they finished as it was on day one! You will not be disappointed. They will more than meet your expectations. If you have questions, they always answered there phones, from the crew chief, management to the Front Office. Covenant can be summed up as, " Peace Of Mind". Thank You.

Super service, honest team members, top notch work and clean up. Josh did a great job inspecting and quoting. He is thorough and honest, having inspected the roof a year ago after scammers tried to scare us into a roof. He showed us pictures and let us know we weren't quite ready. Fast forward to this year and a small leak. There was no question...Covenant all the way.
