Dan Couse of Covenant Roofing is a conscientious professional. He is the best roofing person I have ever met or talked to. Better yet, he makes sure you understand every facet of what he is doing and goes beyond expectations to accomplish the task. I highly recommend this company and Dan Couse. You won't find anyone any better; trust me I have dealt with 5 different roofing companies over the last 20 years. These folks DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO!

This was a very disappointing experience. Don't trust them. I feel they lie, cheat and deceive you any way they can. They like to pass the buck and nothing gets corrected. If you decide to do business with them, get everything in clear and legible writing. Read your contract thoroughly and make them explain everything. Don't trust them..I would advise you to record the conversation while sales representative is there with you. When they screw you they will chalk it up as a misunderstanding. They will tell you everything you want to hear but will not back it up. They remind me of used car salesmen. Management couldn't care less. Good luck getting anyone to return your calls. My wife and I would like to give the owner of this company a piece of our mind. This company sucks!

Excellent job all the way around. The roofers did a first class job and even came back to replace a few shingles they felt weren't up to their quality standards. They noticed them, not me as the homeowner, and they could have left them and I would have been none the wiser. Everything was completed on schedule and the customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

After getting several bids from roofing contractors that have very good ratings I chose Covenant Roofing. They got to my job quickly and did an absolutely beautiful job. I prefer to use local companies and family owned. Covenant is both. Every single person was professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them!

They started and completed the work on the schedule we agreed to in advance. The work was a little tricky due to the unique design of our home, but they were very responsive to all questions and were very pleasant to work with, both the work crew and managers. I highly recommend their services.

Very well. They even arranged for financing at a reasonable rate for up to 5 years. Plus, because they only use direct hires (i.e., employees rather than "Subcontractors"), liability against me the customer was reduced in case an injury had occurred. That means the price is higher, but to me it's worth it. Ours is a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom manufactured home in a 55+ gated community, and so Continental's experience with having served that community before was important to me.

Satisfied with their work. Not to satisfied with their honesty. Claimed they used 6 sheets of 4x8 sheathing at $120.00 a sheet and 16-2x4x8. There is no way they used that much lumber on repairing the few bad spots there was. Their lumber prices are outrageous! They took my leaf filtering system apart to install drip edge and did not finish completely reinstalling it. Also claimed they ran a magnet all over the work area of my yard. I run my own 30” magnet and picked up a bunch more nails!

Very Well! Mike immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my inexperience.

Great company. Friendly. Price was right and I was accommodated within on a certain timeframe as agreed. Property left clean.

This company is the best, from the salesman to the roofers themselves. Their professionalism and work ethic are second to none. We are very pleased with our new roof and would hire them again if needed.

He was very nice, very professional and thoroughly explained the situation. The problem is they wanted $17,000.00 roof on a house worth less than $100,000.00

Horrible! After asking the company continued to contact me, I asked Victoria twice to "Please do not contact me anymore. No need to point out my mistake." She then replied, "There’s no need to be rude." I then emailed back, "Congratulations! Your persistence in contacting me after I asked twice will now prompt a BBB complaint.3rd request... This was by far the best contractor that I’ve ever dealt with... Mike was extremely polite and professional. This process through Angie’s List was new to me; Love It!!! As soon as I posted the request, Mike called me...and requested that we could meet in about 20mins to give me an estimate. This has never happened to me...this was quick. :) I meet him that same day, he gave me an estimate that I liked, and he completed the job the next day! I have not had any issues as of yet. Thanks Mike for everything! You are a role model contractor!

They did such quality work this roof is never coming off! No corners were cut and they paid attention to the smallest details to make sure everything was done correctly. Great job.

I don’t usually do reviews, however, considering the circumstances and results, I felt the need to share my experience with others. My roof sustained damage from the recent hurricane and my insurance company insisted that I use their roofing contractor. I was extremely hesitant because conventional wisdom is – the contractor would more than likely cut corners to save money for the insurance company. My wife and I agreed to meet and discuss our project with Jonathan Holiday, Project Coordinator for Covenant Roofing & Construction. Jonathan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the roofing industry. Jonathan gained our trust when he stated that Covenant’s goal was to preserve their reputation by doing an outstanding job for the customer. Also, at no additional charge, Jonathan even threw in a few upgrades such as squirrel guards, replaced traditional felt with synthetic underlayment, and installation of additional ridge vents. The materials were delivered on the exact date promised and the project started on time. All of the individuals working on our roof were courteous, interacted with us when needed, protected our shrubbery and cleaned up the work site exceptionally well. They also ran over my adjacent lawn several times with magnet rakes to pick up roofing nails. To our surprise, the crew completed our roof within two days. Upon completion, a Covenant employee named Jason came out to pick up the trash dumpster and conduct a final walk-through. While on my roof, Jason took the time to wipe roofing residue from the exterior surface of my gutters. My wife and I were very impressed because we never expected nor required him to do this. The roofing job looked outstanding, however, upon the advice of neighbors, I hired an independent roof inspector for peace of mind. Chad, with Housemaster home inspections, conducted my roof inspection and upon completion stated: “This is one of the best roofing jobs I have seen in years.” Chad notated Covenant’s contact info and stated he would definitely give them some referrals. My wife and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend Covenant Roofing & Construction to anyone with roofing needs.

From the start to the finish this company is AAA class. I am so amazed by the old fashion care given by this company. Thank you for making this it easy for my family.

Covenant was here the very next morning to put a tarp on, and they were right here when we could get the new roof on. The work crew were all very good workers, and did not even stop for lunch till they were finished. I dealt mostly with two men who were very pleasant and helpful. Mike Reem, and Brian Arieth.

Our new metal roof looks great and we love it. Our insurance agent loved what he saw. The insurance discount is an added bonus. I’m told our roof is so strong, that if it’s missing after a mjor storm the house won’t be there either! They did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted, and completed the job sooner than promised. Toss in the insurance discount and that’s a quadupal win! Thank you Covenant! From the very first call I made to the last call I received it was nothing but professionalism. The salesman that came to my home was honest and answered any question I asked and was able to show me all my options. The crew was amazing, they worked very hard and cleaned up everything. My roof was complete in one day. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a roof to call Covenant Roofing and Construction.
