Would give them zero stars if I could. Not only do they refuse to stand behind their work, they don’t even stand behind what their own employees tell customers they will fix. And when you ask about that, they refuse to call you back. Avoid at all costs!

I contacted Baileys for an estimate to redo part of my kitchen in September, 2014. A sales rep came out right away and listened to what I wanted and took measurements. She had to ask for help to prepare a design, and her associate came out to our home to review her preliminary design and to share his expertise in the creation of the design. I didn't hear back from them, but we left for a lengthy trip, so I wasn't too concerned. When we returned in mid November, I contacted Baileys to see the design and to get the estimates. Our sales rep sorta forgot all about us, a bit disturbing, so I made an appointment to meet with her at their store. She had lost all of the measurements and was very vague about the details, but agreed to send the contractor who would be doing the actual work to review what I wanted. He came as planned and spent some time reviewing the preliminary design and discussed the feasibility. A week or more passed, in fairness, it was around Thanksgiving. I called right after the holiday and asked for the estimates. She sent several: one was for countertops with several options, most of which would not apply to my specific kitchen; one was for the construction which was sent to me via email by the contractor, the Bailey sales rep didn't have a copy. When I said I hadn't received it, she had no recourse but to go to the contractor. Wouldn't you think that she'd want a copy too? Anyway I found it in my spam folder. The last estimate was for cabinets. It was not a detailed estimate, I don't know the cabinet manufacturer, or the breakout of the costs for the individual cabinets. I didn't hear back from her for awhile, so I called again. I made another appointment to meet with her on December 1. Again, I asked for a detailed estimate on the cabinets which she has yet to provide, it is now January. She told us where the granite dealer was, and we drove there ourselves to see the options. She has not followed up with us. I guess my main issue is that I do not feel like we are valued customers; I instigated every contact with Baileys. I feel like if I don't follow up, they won't either. So since they have not followed up, I won't either, I'm done with them, and have moved on to another vendor.

I was very pleased with their work. The quality was excellent. I will absolutely use them in the future.
