 + -1 moreInitially, Kyle came by as agreed, took measurements and provided a quote. We agreed on a date to start, July 25th. I emailed and texted him 2 weeks before to confirm the grout color and he didn't respond to either. I ordered the tile anyway as I figured he was just busy. A week ahead I called and left a message which was also not returned. At this point, I have thousands spent on tile. Two days before the install date, I called again but just voicemail. Today has come and gone and Kyle neither called nor showed up. Unfortunately, I would never give him another opportunity because I just can't trust him.

 + 1 moreThe bathroom remodel definitely took longer than originally planned but, most of it is because I kept adding things to it as we went. ?In the end the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!!! Kyle is very detailed which I appreciate. ?The other thing that I find helpful is that you can bounce ideas off of him when it comes to the aesthetics of the job. ?He has a good eye for this type of thing.
Description of Work: We noticed we had a moisture problem in our bathroom along the floor and the outside shower wall. We pulled the flooring up ourselves and found that we didn't necessarily have a leak but, there was moisture. I knew I wanted to have Kyle take a look at it because he had built a nice pantry for us a couple of years earlier. He also did several remodeling jobs for my parents. When Kyle came out he found that when our house was built the moisture barrier that is supposed to go under the tile in the shower wasn't put in. What was supposed to be just a shower job turned into pretty much a bathroom remodel.
