Great. Patrick, service technician came out at appointment. Courtesy call was given prior to arrival. Looked at both appliances, determined what was wrong and ordered parts. He returned the following week and fixed the oven. There were two possibilities why the microwave lighted pad would not work and the first part ordered did not do the trick. Patrick returned the following week and fixed my microwave. Best service I've ever received!

The tech came out and looked at the machine said that I had a bad door lock they needed to order the part and would call when it came in. The store called in two days and they were back in three and now the washer is going great.

Excellent. I know because I replaced the igniter myself several years ago and it took me several days just to snake the wires through the insulation to the access hole. Yes days. That's when I said never again. I had never done it before, so for me it was learning as I worked. As soon as Eric the owner of All About Appliances looked at the range it was obvious he knew what to do. I was impressed. I didn't time him but my guess is; it took him less than 30 minutes and POW! he was done. That is very typical of people who are very good at what they do.

Joe came right in the middle of the 2 hour window I was promised. He assessed the problem and was able to reroute a couple of wires in order to disconnect the buzzer. He was knowledgeable, courteous and quick and put the Angie's List discount right on the bill. I didn't have to ask. Turned the power back on and made sure all other functions of the range were working and made me a happy homeowner. These folks service all makes and models of appliances and if I need service on any of my other appliances I won't hesitate to contact them. I so love it when you get a professional who gets the job done at a fair price. I did NOT want to buy a new range. My 30 year old one works just fine, though the clock and self cleaning feature are now disconnected. I don't care. Thank you Joe and All About Appliances!!👍

Excellant. Wasn't sure what problem was as all checks came back ok. Removed and checked a few parts put everything back together. Said there was no charge as wasn't sure if problem was fixed. To call if it wasn't. Problem was fixed. Will definitely call again. Very prompt, honest.

Eric was great. He quickly discovered the problem, explained the solution, ordered the parts and returned the next business day to complete the repairs. The price was reasonable. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises.
