AHA Water

Terrible times 10 System was hooked back up on August 25 first contact for this issue and it did not work, plus they installed 2 new filters for about $150 dollars that I did not ask for nor was ask if I wanted at time of install. That we were told was being looked in too. Ha I should mention that every time that AHA came to our house they tried to sell us an upgraded system because our was 10 years old even tho working perfect at the time. I called Emerson and informed her that it did not work and she rescheduled Zac to come back, well on the first attempt as has been my experience with this company for the last 4 years a no show, I called got some ridiculous excuse and was rescheduled. When Zac arrived this time he walked in and said it is the tank, I already know, he looked at system took out tank, and I inquired have you checked the pressure he said yes, then went outside to get a gauge. Checked pressure in front of me and my husband 3 times and said "when you cut the hose to put in new counters you deflated the bladder and it is now bad.. My husband said how much is a new tank if it is more than 200 dollars I am not interested , since we had already spent over 500 and it was working perfectly before counter top installation. He said he would have Emerson call me in the morning with price. After it did not work the first time I began to research pressure tank problems and came across several you tube videos one a Kinectico video the very system we had and they all said that that the pressure should be no more than 7psi in tank. Too much and it won't work and too little it won't either. So I asked my husband to check the pressure it was a whopping 35 psi OMG he took out 28psi and waited an hour and surprise we have water and the system is working flawlessly. Also for anyone reading this the pressure is beneath the tank not above, cutting line had no bearing whatsoever on bladder. I was furious that we were being mislead, lied to and scammed. I emailed Emerson and told her I wanted nothing ever to do with her company again and do not order the tank. She inquired on Sept 6 and I responded on Sept 12 with the above issue and my concerns of the dishonesty being perpetrated by her company and asked for my money back for the filters I did not order and the service call refunded since we are victims of fraud, her response was we are having a upper level meeting the next day Sept 13 and I will contact you after that. Well as usual with my experience with this company I am still waiting for her response. Do not trust this company
