It has been replaced 3 times and now recurrent problem with adhesive. Request REFUND to which Michael responded "SORRY".

They are awful. They came in our home and one of the workers took 2 rings valued at 9000, The owner did nothing . We paid half the bill and refused to pay the rest, also they did not put our border back down and left some of the border with size marks on them. And the owner said he could of sent the crew in to fix it. After they stole my rings . No one should use them . Please be ware. We will not trust anyone else coming in our home!!!! I have called the news company because we think everyone should know. Please be ware

They did a great job. Very happy

Overcharged. Charged $150 extra to removing toilets in 2 bathrooms to replace the floors, but cut around the toilet instead. Price included new edging strips where flooring joined carpet/walls/doorways, but reused old broken/bent edging. RIPPED OUT, and destroyed, the Wall base boards and did not replace. I had to buy the molding and replace them myself. Did not refund any money for that either. There were numerous air bubbles under the lanoleum throughout the entire floor, and many areas were not securely glued down, shownig curling after a few days. Did not caulk ANYWHERE the new flooring joined the walls (or anything else). Intentionally cut a piece of flooring in one area too big so there would not be enough floorong left to finish the last piece for the front doorway. Never did refund ANY money for the Toilet overcharge, or the extremely shoddy work throughout the entire house, or anything else.

This company is excellent. We had a very bad experience with another provider so were really tight on time to do the job we wanted done before our family arrived for Easter. We went to Micael's store and as they did not carry the tile we wanted they sent us to Proline Tile in Crystal River, with whom they have an account. We found our tile and contacted Michael's to do the job. They scheduled for Jimmie to come out quickly and measure up and he said he could do the work in a week and a half's time which was great for our time schedule. The tiler (Sam who works with Jeff Stearns team) arrived on the Monday morning and began installing the tile and completed both the bedroom and lanai by the Friday evening. He worked very hard all week and was meticulous with the finish. He is awesome with his work and the job he did is so professional. The following Monday we had the carpet fitted and the guys who came to do that also did a fantastic job. They were neat and even though we had a seam in the carpet you cannot see it. The whole job is finished to a wonderful standard and looks amazing so whenever we need carpet or tile again, we will go straight to Michael's.

It is now two months later and I received neither a message through Angies, an email, nor a telephone call from their business, to schedule a visit for an estimate. Apparently, business is going well when they do not have the time to respond to customer requests for new flooring.

The company was very easy to deal with. They came out right away and measured. Had a second team measure to to ensure the measurements were correct. The carpet came in but there was a large section of mold. They had to order more carpet and located the same die lot. The carpet looks wonderful. The installers were very professional and prompt. Will use again - for sure!

No complaints...everything was done in a timely manner.

They were very accommodating because they had to a custom job for us. They had a wide selection to choose from.

The installers were phenomenal. It can be difficult to lay hardwood floors on top of concrete and they did it perfectly. I have recommended them to many people. The owner came for the consultation and sent his best crew out. They were finished in two weeks, which included removing the old carpet and prepping the floors. There were two different crews, one for the carpet and one for the hardwood, and they both did a great job. They were not the cheapest, but the quality was well worth it.

They are very dependable, and they do a complete job. They follow up to make sure everything is satisfactory. Matt, the installer is really good.

They were recommended to us by a friend who was very pleased with their service. Their installers did a wonderful job, an excellent job. They did beautiful work, even the finishing edges. They were helpful, on-time and provided quality work.

I stopped by the store to look at samples and found the carpet I liked.A rep came to my home that same day to take measurments.I gave a 50% deposit and the carpet was ordered.The carpeting arrived when promised and an installation appointment was scheduled.The installers arrived on timeAfter the installation, one of the installers pointed out a small "manufacturers" defect in the carpet. If it had not been pointed out to me, I most likely wouild not have ever noticed it.The installers said they would order new carpeting to replace the defective carpet.They left the new (but slightly defective) carpet installed until the new replacement carpet arrived. The next day I got a call from Michael (the owner). He informed me that the carpet manufacturer said that the defect in my carpet was present in the entire production batch. A new run of that specific carpet would be required. Normally a new production run would take about 4 weeks, but because of the "defect" the manufacturer was going to get it done in 2 wks ... As promised, Michael's Flooring re-installed the new carpet and took away the previously installed "defective" carpet.Then I made the final payment.

I would recommend them. They promised they would arrive at a certain time, and they delivered.
