The initial work was good but I wanted them to come back out to take a look at the palm tree which seems to have died out. I also need to have the patio sealed. They verbally agreed to do the additional work, however I have not been able to reach them since they first came out. I have left several messages but have not received a response up to this point.

It turned out wonderfully and I'm very happy with it.

In general everything went well. My only concern is that to my knowledge Walt has never checked back after completing the job to make sure all the plants were surviving. Otherwise, Walt and Dale did everything we asked and were always willing to go the extra mile to honor our wishes.

We now have a first class landscape layout and plantings. Walt stuck with the job until it was done. The final bill was a little less than had been quoted.

INTEGRASCAPES is basically a one man show. His name is Walt Stevens a very personable young man who is prompt, courteous, respectful and highly talented. He does most of the work himself except for a couple of days that his brother Mike and a young man named Shay helped with some of the grunt work. Both of these individuals were also very polite, courteous and respectful. This process took 5 days. The first day he removed all the old shrubs and grass by himself. He actually carried this large holly tree from the area it was planted in to his truck by himself along with the large sago palm. (I think I see back problems in his future.) The second day he started by pluming the area for the block wall. He also started the block wall. This part seemed to take up the most time out of the whole project. The third day it rained so he could not do anything. The fourth and fifth day he brought the helpers with him. The wall got finished the plants got planted the weed barrier and the stone was put in place. He worked smooth and seamlessly through the whole process. He is quite a guy. We have not had an experience with workers and business owners in this area in all my 11 years is Citrus County. He is front and center on the job and never lets up. Works from early morning until late in the afternoon without even taking a lunch. He is truly an amazing small business owner. We would and will recommend him to anyone. He quoted a price we thought was fair and was willing to pay that amount but when presented the final bill it came in $725 under original quote we were highly surprised.

Walt Stevens and his crew, total of 3, started this job on 9/8/11 and finished early on 9/14/11. They did not work the weelend. They came on the job, got right to work, no messing around, no yelling, screaming or cussing. All three of these men were very professional and friendly and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Integrascapes to anybody. We used them on a fairly small job previously and on this job and are very pleased with the outcome of both jobes.

The 3 guys that removed the palm trees did a fantastic job when you consider they only had about 20 feet to maneuver their tractor and telescoping fork lift between the trees which were right behind the pool cage and a fence at our property line. They removed those two 40 footers and a 20 footer without any damage to the pool cage, fence or sod. We were very impressed with their work.
