Elite followed though on everything they promised. Job was started and completed ontime. They did a good job protecting the plants and did a very good job with cleanup

They first didn't deliver on date 2 weeks late,removed materials on job everyday including molding that was ours in the yard but did return some of it but they said they couldn't find any more of it . Then when the job was done my air conditioning was out they had a air man come out to see if they were the ones responsible for it and they confirmed they were and still didn't take care of it the owner point blank said that the air guy must hVe put the copper in the wrong place so it's not his responsibility we disagreed and still nothing was even made right the left over materials which were told to my husband is all ours we paid for it all and if there was any left we could have it but they took that with them also but they had no problem cashing their check would never recommend this company to anyone very dishonest untimely,unprofessional and rude

For some reason I had to call numerous times to get them to start the job, and call numerous times to get them to complete the job. The permit was pulled in April 2014 and the job was finally completed in February 2015.

Elite Roofing was very prompt and responsive from the initial estimate through the completion of the work.

They are very responsive. They will call you right back. We had a problem a couple months later and he came right back and fixed it immediately. I completely trust them.
