Description of Work: Rebuilt and expanded lanai to double the size. Design and build outdoor kitchen w natural stone face, granite top, sink, BBQ, plumbing, electrical, brick pavers, new fix, screen cage. Additionally ran natural gas line for BBQ and installed tankless hot water heater for house.

Description of Work: Gutted and remodeled guest bath. Tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint. We bought all bath fixtures and they installed.
