+ -1 moreOn the contract, they said they would remove screws and put new ones. The aluminum part of the screen had two screws that were there, and underneath was a huge hole! On the drainage part of the pool, it should have been left alone, but it was painted, now the paint is peeling off. The handrail coming out of the pool is rusting, they polished it but I am not confident it will last. The handrail coming out of the pool is loose. The decorative tile has not been laid correctly. I am not satisfied with the job at all. They have been coming to my home while I am gone and doing work, and my landscaping has been most. When they pressure washed the deck, mud and debris were all over my windows. I have had to lock my doors because I do not know when they will be arriving, and I do not want them to be here without me knowing. There were holes where the drainage was.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. There aren't really any details, they did the work, did a good job, responded to any concerns we had and were a pleasure to do business with.
Description of Work: We purchased an older home that had a fairly large pool that had an old fiberglass finish, an old fiberglass spa, and cool decking. Authentic pools did a complete remodel, removed finish, built a sundeck, added to steps with a sitting bench, put in a swimout, new finish, and all pavers. We are thrilled with what they did. They responded very quickly to and always answered all of our question, had great ideas and were very helpful. Mike actually had the idea and designed our sundeck which we are very pleased with, we were in limbo on what to do because we did not want to put another spa in but wanted something to dress up the pool. Karen always got right back to me with any concerns or questions and got messages to Mike that he needed to address. They are very good and you feel very comfortable with them that they know what they are doing and how to do it. It was a big decision on who to hire and we had heard good things about Mike, his ability, and his work ethic, and we were so glad that we chose Authentic Pools. What a relief!!! Great people and great job. We thank Mike, Karen, and everyone that works for them.

+ -1 moreI had a very good experience with them. They were right on time. They were very professional. They went right to work checking everything and they check the components of the pool. They gave me a lot of advice on how to maintain it and keeping it clean.
