Excellent experience. Terri and her team were amazing. I had multiple projects/contractors going at the same time and got delayed by several weeks of rain. Webb Fencing was patient and worked well with the the other contractor and the delays. Once all the obstacles were cleared, they were efficient, timely, and left the work area impeccable. The fence looks amazing. Exactly what I requested. Terri communicated with me throughout the process and all commitments were met. Highly recommended.

Terri and John were an absolute pleasure to work with, along with everyone that works for them. I have had many issues with contractors as this was my 3rd fencing contractor alone. It was a relief to find the Webb's. They always answered or returned promptly my calls and concerns and provided solutions as they arised. They showed up when they said they would and that is sometimes half the battle. After work was completed and inspection passed I had a couple of areas of minor concern. They addressed those issues promptly as well. The quality of their work is excellent as I've already had neighbors and friends compliment and ask for their business card. Our property had some issues ranging from aforementioned termites to trees and brush that needed cut down along fence line on neighbors side to dealing with a neighbor that didn't want his section of fence replaced (even though I paying for everything). Terri assisted in obtaining resolutions such as taking care of permitting and reading surveys to recommending excellent landscaping sub-contractors. Permitting occurred quickly and inspection passed first time. The Webbs also worked with me in helping save 3 traveler palms near fenceline with tight space when other contractors told me they had to be cut. One gate was able to be wider as well when 3 other contractors said it couldn't be done due to irrigation, water, and electrical lines in ground below. In addition to the obvious importance of quality work that produced my beautiful fence, just importantly I felt like my business mattered and as important a client as anyone else. It's nice to deal with a professional... and the Webb's are just that! Only one thing to note that may be of importance to some is cost. They are a little higher priced than some other companies out there. I knew that going in... but you truly get what you pay for. If I had went with them in the first place I'd have more money in my pocket because it would have been done right the first time. I highly recommend the Webb's!

There did a great job and the new gate is a perfect match; you can't tell that it's a new install.

From the two times that the owner arrived to walk through the proposal, to working on the permit and delivering material, we were always treated with professionalism and courtesy. When the permit was issued, the work commenced within 3-days. There were always two workers, sometimes three that worked from morning to late afternoon to provide us with a beautiful fence and gates within 4-days from first construction to signing off on the permit by The City of Hollywood. This is a very professional company. We would have them back to replace/repair our fence without a second thought. Their prices were well within our budget too.

Working with Terri and her husband John has been a joy and everything we expected from a accredited fencing company. The quality of the work was superb. The workers are all professional and take direction and suggestions very well. They had to work under duress because the neighbor would not allow access on his property for our fence construction. Terri and their workers worked with that problem and did a remarkable job. The fence is perfect and the best that we have ever seen. They did the work in a timely fashion and pierced a water pipe that they repaired immediately without any problem. The two gates that they installed work beautifully and we recommend them as highly as possible. They have wonderful communication skills and we would use them for additional work and repair. You may find someone less expensive, but you will not find anyone that does the work as professionally and works with the City of Hollywood on permits as well.

I think they are so overpriced because they are rated so high on your website and can afford to be, had that same problem with a bathroom remodel

It went well and passed the first inspection for the city. The owner, Terri, was very nice to deal with and answered all of our questions.

I used them the first time in 2013. It cost about $7000 and it was wonderful the way they put the fence up and everything.

This company was great to deal with. Terri is/was the primary contact and does a fantastic job of being very upfront with her quotes (includes everything and doesn't try to hide little extras like permit costs, etc) and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. She went to the City Building department for me to deal with permit issues, etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Their quote was true for what they were doing but they insisted that you do a whole lot more than you really needed to do and I don't like that.

It seems they pick & choose their jobs, wasted my time. They said they would send me an estimate, I am still waiting, its been nearly 2 weeks. I followed up around 3-4 days after they visited my home for measurements and was told the estimate will be sent soon...... never heard back from them! This is a $4000 - $6000 job, apparently it was not good enough for them!

Everything went good. The work crew was very nice, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. The slats look great and it makes a big improvement on the side of the house. The house is white and the white slats look good from the street vs. just the chain link fence and gate.

Webb fence was fantastic. Prompt. Courteous. Efficient. They kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier. The work was on point and they followed up to bed sure everything was just as we wanted prior to signing off. Truly great service.

The job was done by two elderly men who moved quite slowly, but it was summer so perhaps that's the reason. Although it took two days to do, it was done very well.

They were awesome. Of everyone we contacted, only about three companies responded. Webb's was one of them. They all called and gathered more information and promised to call back with an estimate. Webb's was the only one followed up, and they followed up thoroughly. Carrie, the owner, was phenomenal. It was nice to talk to a female in a service situation, and her technician was also great. This was the best company I have encountered through Angie's List, and we will be contracting to do the work eventually.

Should the need arise I would not hesitate to call this company again. They demonstrate all of the qualities I look for in any service provider!!!

Terri was on the ball. Very responsive. Thorough estimate. Showed up when supposed to and completed on time. Job exceeded expectations. WILL USE AGAIN. Nice change compared to the fiasco that Broward and Dade county have become when trying to find contractors. Thanks Terri!!!!!

For the second straight time Webb Fencing did an EXCELLENT job. They handled EVERYTHING including the permit process and meeting with the inspectors for the final sign off at the end of the project. John , Terri and crew.. thanks for the great service!

Very pleasant to work with. Project was completed faster than I expected. Also without expectation, Terry found a way to reduce the total cost after I had already accepted the first price.

They were really late in getting back to me. They quote they gave me was for 3 times the work. I didn’t end up using the deal. I was just not happy with them.

returned my call a week after I left a message, I don't think this is her full time business. Called me on a Saturday morning and uses an answering service as her receptionist.
