Everything went exactly as we discussed. No surprises. Cooper City, in the perfect example of being a bureaucratic bully, was a problem. It never fails. But Mrs. Webb was patient and polite the whole time and handled the problem.

Webb's Fencing removed our old chain link fence and installed new shadowbox in our side yard. We were EXTREMELY pleased with their service. From start to finish, they were very professional. They kept us informed every step of the way, from estimate through the permitting process, installation, and all inspections. All of our neighbors have complimented their work; the fence is perfectly straight and beautiful! Loved doing business with them!

Fast, prompt service of the fence and the permit with the city. Family owned business, nice people good work.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for the third time.

Arrived on time and took care of what needed to be done. They got the permit and had the fence up and finished in a short period of time.

Excellent. Always available. Gives detailed Estimate that was used to file an insurance claim. Once I get the amount from the claim, I will use to perform removal and installation of existing fence. All I need to do is sign the necessary paperwork and I don't need to worry about anything else. Came to do estimate when promised.

I found the Webb's very pleasent to deal with but was a bit disappointed that they did not offer all the services I would need to complete the job. After receiving the quote I asked if the closure they provided would pass permitting with my city and was told no! That the type of closure required would be more money. After we contracted for the fence I was told by Terri Webb that the city would require shrubs & mulch to pass permitting and I would have to get this done. When the fence was installed John Webb asked if Terri had given me an estimate to do the planting? I requested a quote which was very high. They promised me an instalation date and then call the day before to tell me they were still on a big job and would come the following week. They also said the job would take one day and took two day's to complete. We are happy with our fence.

After one scheduling difficulty, John and Terry really made a big effort to get our job done in a timely manner. The crew arrived as promised and did a very good job of repairing my fence, they were clean, polite, friendly and professional...and always ready with a smile. John did extra work for us than was quoted and Terry called in the late afternoon to make sure we were happy with the job - we were extremely happy and would use this firm again.

I decided to use Webb's Fencing after seeing them on Angie's list. This is the first time I have ever used Angie's List. I called them. They were very prompt getting back to me. First they came out for an estimate. Then they let me know they would be back in a few days to do the job. They showed up when they said they would and did the job. Even finished it in the pouring down rain!

Webb's came in at half the price of another local fencing company. They were also the most professional of the three companies we called from Angie's list. The work was done beautifully and in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend!

Terry and John could not be nicer. They are very easy to reach and worked in my time frame. I recommend them.

Webb deliverd quote and set an install date. They showed up when they said they would and installed the fencing. The lattice piece on the gate was not to my liking so they came back out and recut it and also replaced some boards that had warped on the fence without my asking. Terri in the office was very professional and John was very knowlegable in the field. They make a great team with many years of experience and it shows in their work.

It was perfectly straight. They were polite and made every effort to accommodate us on this project.

John came out within a few days of the call to look at the job and give me a quote. He gave me several quotes based on different factors in the repair. Kinda a worse case, best case thing. I hired him on the spot. It took him a couple of weeks to get back out, but I wasn't necessarily in a rush. He ended up being able to make the repair on the low end of the estimate which was delightful! Nice, honest man. He is to be trusted big time. I would call him out again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend this company. When I first called, the response was immediate. The owner came out the same day to look at my gate, and explained why the gate had broken, and how he would configure the replacement so that the same thing wouldn't happen again. They gave me a fair price and when I asked about the Angie's List discount they honored that without question. They called me when the fence came in and came out to install it the same day. They did an excellent job. The quality was excellent and they were a pleasure to deal with.

They were not the cheapest but they were the ones who were willing to build the fence the way I wanted to it. They were not trying to lead me to put up something that I was not going to like. The only drawback with them was that they were a little slow as it was a small family crew and they had some equipment problem. They did not clean up after themselves until I reminded them about it but it was solved easily. They were very friendly and they worked very well with me.

CAME OVER AND MEASURED. CAME OUT AND INSTALLED RAILING AS PROMISED. OWNER WAS OUT A FEW TIMES AND I COULD SEE HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD.

I am thrilled with my new fence. John and Terri went above and beyond. John is very attentive to detail and Terri is very prompt and clear wtih any questions or concerns that I had. I highly recommend Webb's fencing!!!!

The owner came over the first time to make an appraisal of the work. After they called me with the price we settled on the price above. During the construction of the fence they called at seeming every obstacle they found, first it was the Areca Palms that were on the way. He said that they did not cut palms, but after I insisted they had seen the job on the first visit, they should be prepared for it. So they cut the palms, but said they usually do not do that. Later they hit a sprinkler line and called me saying they did not do sprinklers. I complained and said that this obstacles are most likely part of fence building, as I found hard to believe they never had issues like this before. Again, they fixed the sprinkler line and continue. At the end of the work they did some cleaning, but not very throughly and said that it was not their job to finish cleaning. Maybe its just my expectation that one should get all the work done, including all the collateral work that comes with the main job and maybe this is not the companies philosophy. Otherwise they did build a very good fence and were punctual coming on schedule.

Great communication to keep me updated and I appreciated the great teamwork from the husband & wife duo(John & Terri)of Webb's Fencing. Terri handles the logistics and finance while John does the installations. Terri was able to pull all proper permits and John did a great job making sure that the fence was properly installed and within code. From getting the initial estimate to getting the final permits closed out, it was a great overall experience with Webb's Fencing. But best of all, we are very happy with our new fence which was finished before holidays.

This is the second time I have used John Webb's service. I was extremely pleased with their work and with their communication. The first time was for a fence repair after Hurricane Wilma. This time was just to move a portion of my fence and the gate.

Job went great from the first call to Terri to place the order though the installation phase. Timely responses to all of our voicemails to them, even when they were out of town. No dates were missed, and we were never left in the dark about what the next step was and when it would happen.

Did everything as promised, showed up on time, etc. Could have been a little neater with connections to neighbor's fence and with providing suggestions/additional options. Overall, very good experience and would use them again.

Very well. Webb has great customer service and the quality of the work is high. They did everything they promised and all on time.

Very well. The work was done while my husband and I were out of town, so my father checked on the work. The plan was originally for them to work from Mon-Fri, but they ended up doing it from Tue-Sat, just in time for us to come back into town and bring the dogs back from the vet. Fence looks great and they cleaned up well after themselves. Also helped us with the permit pulling and made sure that everything was inspected afterwards. Would recommend them to others.
