Webb fencing came out to give us an estimate for installing a fence between our home and our neighbors. Due to where we wanted the fence to go, it ended up being on our neighbors property. They worked with us and our neighbor to install the fence as we wanted. Terry worked with us on obtaining all the permits and information they needed. She was great with scheduling and following up with us during the install and final inspections. The work men were friendly, and very professional. The work was done in one day, and the property was cleaned when they left.

They were slow to return the 1st call then took about a week to "schedule" the appointment. Estimates were provided several days later at a Jaw dropping price with lots of suggested fabrication that did not seem needed. The Angie's list $99.00 Big Deal for I believe $299.00 of work and the Discount seemed to be factored into the estimate.

As noted above, the job was well done. It was done promptly.

Work was done in good timing and provider showed up on time.

My experience with John Webb and his company was outstanding. They came when they promised, they performed the job at a more than reasonable price and they completed it in no time. I could not be happier with this company.

They did an excellent job! They were extremely honest, clean and tidy, and showed up when they said they would and finished on schedule. They took care of all the extra details such as getting the permit so we didn’t have to worry about anything. After they installed the fence we hired them to come back and paint as well!

Trent gave us an estimate April 25th on work to be done. We then called to schedule the job. They arrived on time and worked till the job had been completed as required.

During the work, a huge storm came through. They did not leave and waited out the rain to complete the job. Their price seemed to be very fair. I will call them again if I need fencing work done. They were very nice people. They called me after the work to follow up and make sure I was happy. I was also given an Angie's List discount just by saying that's how I found them.

The quality of the work was terrific, they came when they said they would, and offered a quality of service far beyond the $99 price tag on the special offer.

I had to call twice to get an appointment as no one returned my initial message. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and explained that an estimate would be provided by end of day, it's now over a week and I've never heard back. I guess they didn't need the work or my money??? Maybe I dodged a bullet??? Chris

ALLL I CAN SAY IS THEY WERE VERY NICE, BUT WHEN I SAW THAT THEY WERE WORKING WITH OUTDATED TOOLS AND EVEN USED MY OLD LATCHES IT KIND OF TURNED ME OFF.

John arrived promptly after our initial phone call asking him to look at our project and provide an estimate. When he arrived, it quickly became clear that we were talking to a man who understood and would be able to meet our requirement for a high-quality result. John asked all the right questions and told us what to expect in terms of time to complete, clean-up, and etc. A written estimate was provided, signed and an appointment was scheduled. John and his crew were to arrive between 10 am and 11 am - they arrived promptly at 10:45 am and finished before the end of the day. John, his crew and his wife who handles the office and phone duties, are high-quality, hard working people who know what they're doing, do what the say they'll do, do it on time and do it with 'old-fashioned' craftsmanship and pride in their work. The job was priced right and the result met both our personal standards as well as those of our neighborhood HOA. We've already received a number of compliments on the project. I am very pleased to recommend Webb's Fencing and Repairs to all. We will definitely use them again for our future projects.

We recently had a hurricane that came through and had to call them out. The storm did damage to my gate. When I called them to come out they did so very quickly. It was minor repairs and they didn't charge me. I would highly recommend them to others.

The folks at Webb Fencing were great. At the start, they came to the house (on time) to measure the project. Initially, we had issues with the permits, but Terry got everything straightened out with the city and the job proceeded as scheduled. The crew was great and worked hard until the job was done. The owner stopped by, throughout the day, to ensure things were going smoothly. And they did! They hauled away all the debis and left the property clean. I was very pleased with the cost, the service, and the results.

The work that I called them for was done well and promply, However I did request a quote for other fence work in my back yard and they took very long to quote. When they finally did quote, the cost was extremely high. All that being said they did the work that I originally called them about very well and on time which was very important as I was having a party the very next day after the install. I was very happy with their service andthey went out of their way to make sure the job was done on time.

Contacted company and their representative, Terri, arrived punctually for our appt. Provided a written estimate and scope of work. After accepting the proposal Terri provided ALL the necessary paperwork for the city and county; walked same thru the permittingprocess. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in 2 days. Webb even scheduled the final inspection to close the permit. The entire process was seamless and painless. The new fence looks amazing. Very comfortable recommending.

I called off and on for two days and never got a chance to speak with them. Their voicemail message never mentioned the company name only asked to leave my name and phone number.

The fencing job was completed as specified and within a reasonable timeframe.

Spoke with Terri very polite lady described a small job for chain link fence so she din't find it necessary to come on site to give an estimate but would speak to her husband and call me back.She called back and gave me the estimate over the phone but I thought it was to expensive and declined.The next day she called me back and she had applied the Angie's big deal $299 and their own discount that lowered the price to our budget so I agree and asked for a proposal.When the proposal came it showed the fence layout that was wrong with more fence and extra door so I called and spoke to Terri and arranged to come to the site and go over the layout.She was right on time we went over the details when she was finished I was told I would be getting an estimate soon.The estimate was emailed to me the same day that was great but on the proposal the price was higher even thou they were using less fencing and one door less.At this point I gave up and started looking for some else.

They price was reasonable and they were located close.

They did a nice job. They were very organized, prompt and on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I chose them because of there organization.
