Probably, of all the people that I got a quote on, they were the most accommodating as far as getting down exactly what I wanted. They're very responsive. They follow up very well.

My experience was fine. They were very efficient. They did very well.

Getting someone to come out to give the quote and schedule the date did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, but this was not a big job, so I understand that it could have had less priority than other jobs they may have had at the time. Once we were scheduled, the men who performed the service arrived and did the work without any issues. They were also polite. The office called me after the work was done to confirm that everything went okay which I appreciated. I believed they were going to replace the hardware on the gate/fence (bolts and hinges), but they used most of what was already there instead. If they had used new parts I would have given them an A on quality and price.

Easy contact with the owner and his wife. They took care of all the paperwork for the city permit. Ms Webb came to the house on the day the day the city representative came to the house to check the work. Mr. Webb and his employees came on time and work through the day. Clean and fast. The job was well done. Highly recommend them.

Awesome! These guys were super. They were quick, clean and polite. And, very reasonably priced. Most importantly, they were trustworthy.

The experience was good. They were great. We called them and they returned our call within a couple of days. They fit us in. They were quick and efficient. We were under a time schedule. They were very nice. We were very pleased with their work.

We did not use them for the service

They came promptly to give an estimate. The work was done beautifully, and they e-mailed the bill so we would have a chance to inspect the work before we paid. They came exactly when they said they would - we didn't have to be at home. They replaced the board and the hinge, rehung the gate, and nailed in a loose board in the fence that we told them about. Their service is fantastic and they are in my list of go-to people.

Absolutely fabulous. John & Teri Webb were so easy to work with, it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and the outcome. The fence is perfectly straight, expertly installed. We very highly recommend them. John won me over; his answer to my every question was yes, we can do that. And he did, solved every issue in a inventive way, he loves a challenge! They worked with us on every aspect, always checking in to make sure it was exactly the way we wanted it. The project only took 3 days. He works with a very helpful supplier in our neighborhood who's been in the fence business for years, who offered positive input and suggestions in our selection. The Webb's were very patient with me as I explored all our our building material options online. Ultimately, the best was John's manufacturer, a very knowledgeable man with a superior product. The price was very reasonable, we had other estimates to compare...it depends on the grade of fencing you choose, and we upgraded to the best, and there was some custom work involved. John was on site every day, working hard along side Frank and Jimmy, I felt very comfortable with all of them. When I asked, John referred me to an excellent landscaper who removed/hauled our dead ficus hedge (thanks to white fly) to prepare for the fence installation. Teri obtained the city permit, and will be here for the inspection, great follow-through to the end. We just can't say enough good things about Webb's fencing, we're so pleased with the entire experience, and so glad to have found them on Angie's list from all the other positive comments from happy customers. We definitely give an A+++ rating, and recommend them for the page of happiness!

Everything went well. It is a family business and we were happy with the final result. No surprises.

Installation went according to plan. Workers showed up on the scheduled date and installed and built the fence on site. Work was well done with a high quality product. Good company to work with. Would definitely use them again for fencing projects.

Didn't use their service because of price

The company was a joy to work with. Terri was responsive and so helpful. She took care of all permits: town and HOA. Which is a huge help. As soon as she had everything she needed in hand, she scheduled the work. John and his men arrived on time, worked diligently and were done before they said they would be. His workers were professional, polite and skilled craftsmen. John and Terri were delightful to work with. The fence is absolutely perfect. The price was less expensive than some other quotes, more expensive than another, but any minor increase in cost was more than made up for due to the pleasure of working with the company. You can't place a price on reliability, skill, professionalism. I would definitely work with them again.

Webb fencing is unlike any company I have dealt with in South Florida. Terri responds to your call in a timely manner and John did a great job and was always on time. He replaced hinges on two gates with automatic swing in feature and child safety handles to bring the gates up to code. This is a professionally run family business that you can count on.

II called in mid-March and left a message requesting an estimate. Terri (Mrs. Webb) returned the call that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next day. John Webb called and advised he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived with one employee who professionally assessed the requirements. A written estimate was provided about one week later. The price was midway between the other two estimates I had received and I contracted to have the work done. (I selected Webb partially because I was most impressed with their professionalism and independence.) The work was scheduled for April 3. On Monday, April 1, Terri called to confirm but requested a date change to Tuesday instead of Wednesday which worked out fine for my schedule. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 11 AM, after picking up supplies. They arrived at 10:25 and began work immediately, finishing late that afternoon. Throughout the process they were pleasant, efficient and as unobtrusive as possible considering the amount of work that needed to be done. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Inspection was scheduled for Thursday; permit was signed off on with no issues. That afternoon, however, we had heavy rain that lasted through much of the night. Early Friday afternoon I realized that one gate had swollen and no longer closed appropriately. I called the office and John was here in about 45 minutes to analyze the problem. Since rain continued much of the day they came back on Monday, April 8, and resolved the issue so quickly and efficiently that my house-guests and four dogs did not even realize they had been here. Over the last 15 years I have had quite a few repair and construction projects completed on the house. This was one of the most efficient, pleasant, and unobtrusive experiences I have had.

What a pleasure to work with! This is a family business in the best way. They came over and did such a great job. And the price was way, way better than I could have asked for. I would use this company again for anything they do! Its not an easy task to find a professional, yet friendly business who listens to what you want and why and then sets out to get it done and NOT over charge you. THANK YOU WEBB FENCING! They guy was really nice. They gave a good estimate.

The office told us to expect the workers in the morning, but they didn't show. I called and the office gave me the number to call the men in the field. They were courteous, but said the office doesn't always understand how long a job could take and that they would be there after lunch. They came as promised and fixed the gate promptly and neatly, digging out the old concrete and setting a new post in concrete. The foreman showed me why the old post had broken and suggested that we have the ficus hedge trimmed to avoid further damage. He could not tie the post to the fence completely because of the hedge. He suggested that we have the hedge taken care of and then call them again to finish the job.

Took quite some effort to set up an appointment, but Terri was very polite and we eventually set a date. Mr.Webb and team arrived early and did a wonderful job, leaving everything clean and tidy when they were done. It was a pleasure to do business with this Mom and Pop company.

They came out on time when they were supposed to, and they were very personable. Their price is the best I got from four companies I inquired. They put everything together. There was just one little mistake made on my fence. I called them back, and they came in and fixed it. They are very nice people to work with. I did not have any problems with them. They did such a good job.

This is one of the finest companies we have ever dealt with- from start to finish. Terry Webb, the wife of the owner, called us back immediately when we needed the initial bid- it was over a weekend! She keeps that phone with her so that she can always be reached. John, her husband, and the boss of the company, came promptly. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because we live near the ocean,we needed a special alumunium fence made with plastic screws, and they found one. It was not an easy challenge for them, but they did it. When it was time for the fence to be installed, they realized that the parts that they were sent were incorrect, but they adjusted every single fence post and fence section and made the fence right! It was alot of extra work for them, but they did it, and never complained about it. The company from whom they bought those pieces admitted their mistake. In any case, they were in our yard almost 10 days, and were very hard working. They also kept the place clean, and when they left, it was immaculate. Whenever I made suggestions or comments, they corrected what need to be corrected without argument- In fact, they were probably the most pleasant company I have ever had work at our house. In addition, while they were installing the fence, we realized there was a tree in the way of the fence line, and immediately they called a company they know who came within a couple of hours and cut the tree down and ground the stump...at a very reasonable price. This is the first time that I have used Angie's list, and this will NOT be the last- This is an outstanding company in every single respect, and I would recommend them most highly- every single dealing I had with them was very satisfactory. Unlike most companies in Florida, they keep their word. When they said they would come at 9 a.m., they were there at 9 a.m.; when they said they would bring me a can of touch up paint, they brought me that can of paint; when they said they would send me an e-mail, they did it. Very few companies do that. I can promise that if you use them, you will be happy. Our fence looks beautiful, by the way, and , in fact, the supplier wants to use pictures of it for his brochure.

John showed up at the scheduled time, with two additional workers. They were courteous &very professional. The work was done in a quality manner.

The came to give me an estimate on time, showed up for the repair when they said they would and the repair was done top notch! I would use their service again with no hesitation.

The response to my request for an estimate was fast, they included all costs (including getting the permitting), provided an estimate that was equal to or better than the other estimates, were great at communicating the install timeline, were very professional and some of the most genuinely nice people I have dealt with! Terrific experience!
