I had my lot cut by Top Chop since February 2016. Sometime in July, the company changed ownership. I am unsure if the workers are still employed by the company but I did not have a problem until the change in ownership. So, I first contacted Chris in August when I realized that my lot was not cut in 3 months. It's an empty lot so it wasn't a big deal until my HOA started to complain. Chris was very nice and he promised to cut the lot and his price was more than fair. He told me that he would have to cut the lot every 2 weeks because it would be a ton of work to do all at one time and I would pay a monthly fee. I was okay with the arrangement because his price was great. So he came to cut the lot and it wasn't the best job but it had been raining a lot so there were a lot of puddles that they could not cut. It looked much better than it was before and plus he was supposed to come back in 2 weeks. Well, its been almost 5 weeks and the lot looks bad and I was invoiced for 1 month of service when the grass was cut once. I questioned the invoice and the schedule of services and basically, I was told my expectations were too high and they could not maintain my lot. As far as professionalism is concerned, they were great until I questioned them about my invoice and my schedule of services. As far as the ability to cut the lot, I think they did not have the equipment in order to do a 2 ? acre lot. I have come in contact with a lot of bad companies, and I don't think they intentionally did a bad job. I job was too big for a small company. I would recommend this company for services but not for a big job that requires detail and continuity.

The guys have been cutting my lawn since we bought the house. They show up every Wednesday every 2 weeks. Can't complain plus they refresh my mulch every 6 months or so

Hired to get my back yard ready for July 4th staff party at my home. Completed on time red mulch and pruning looked great.

They cut my lawn every 10 days. Never once had to complain in the 2 1/2 years they been doing this for us. Reliable.

I came back from a trip to Orlando after the first service by Top Chop and almost didn't recognize my house. My lawn looked great, all the leaves and bushes were cut well . I missed bulk pick up day and they placed the trash out of sight for next pick up day. Great job Top Chop!!!

I was very impressed with the sudden beauty of the landscaping and meticulous work performed.

It went as it has gone for the last 18 months that I have been using them....On top of which, I am in the middle of a major concrete/patio project in the middle of the entire yard and there is debris and even tools everywhere making it exponentially harder to service my property and they have not complained once.
