Chris scheduled an appointment quickly within the timeframe I needed. Once he was there he took his time to do a thorough inspection. After inspecting while on site, he briefly showed me things he'd found. I received the report that night which included photos, video and comments. I'm pleased with the quality of the report and his overall service. I would use him again and recommend him to family, friends and acquaintances.
