Asked for an estimate. The truck pulled up and workers jumped out with a saw. At 80 years old I foolishly fell to pressure sales pitch. Pruning was mediocre. Debris was piled at the curb and was told the city would pick it up. They jumped into their vehicles and left. I had to cut up the branches and dispose of them because the city picks up was 6 days away and can only be placed out 24 hours in advance. No written estimate. No receipt for cash payment.

They did a great job and kept me informed

I had a specific way I wanted the trees trimmed. I had to leave my home for 15 minutes. The trimmers showed up an hour late and would not wait to start until I returned. The very first cut they did while I was not present to give directions was to cut all the low hanging branches from one of the trees. The specific instructions that were given the day I hired them were not followed.

Caribbean Tree Service responded quickly and showed up on time the same day. They trimmed 3 palm trees and removed seed pods just as I requested. Then they completely removed all debris with use of a chipper. I will recommend them to neighbors. In fact, the next day they did do a trimming job for one of my neighbors.

Really great customer service. They do exactly what you need done and make your you are satisfied with the job! I definitely will be using them again.

They were excellent at cutting the trees

Their estimate was higher, but when I mentioned the other estimate they consented. They also asked for gratuity which I had included in the price which was a little higher that the other estimate. Also, they have a very heavy Caribbean accent.

I did not like that the owner asked me for a check made out to Cash. I also did not like that she asked me for a tip for the workers when the work was completed. We had already agreed on the price for the job.
