They picked up the furniture at 9 am and didn't deliver until 5:30 pm. We were 1.5 hours away. I was waiting since 11 am. They lost one of the knobs from my dresses so I will have to replace all. They opened a hole in one of my air mattresses so I had to pay sleep number beds $79.03 for a replacement. Luckily it was still under warranty. Very dissatisfied.

This moving company was over 4 hours late without proper notification to us. We had to constantly call them to find out when they were going to arrive. They were very rough in handling our items.

"All phone calls are recorded and we have called customer in advance and let him know we will run late. customer said that not a problem just to call him when we are on the way.as per pur contract nothing has been damage and he sign for that. we even offer the custmer a discount (small min job) and he accept it and we have charge him under the min after the discount."

Truck broke down for my saturday move. They arrived mothers day and we were forced to rush so we could make dinner with parents. I ended up helping to and we did not set up the kitchen table legs, etc....we ran out of time and left everything in garage.

I have been relocated 6 times for the past 8 years. this company is the best move I have ever had by far. from the first time they have show up on my door to the last step communication was 24/7 they packers were amazing no single damage and they did full packing for me(my company paid...lol). not a single scratch or plate broken...AMAZING!!! I hope I don't need to move again soon but if I do...they will be my first phone call. BY FAR THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I EVER USED!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THANK YOU SO MUCH, GM VAN LINES

they do a good job of wrapping everything but then they turn everything upside down to move it. The jacked up the price on me $100 and then wouldn't unload UNTIL they got paid in full. Terrible, gut-wrenching experience. They all spoke Russian and they did what their Boss told them to do. I had a bad feeling from the beginning when I couldn't get a hold of the lady I was first talking to [Agatha} and she and I had set up the move.She was conveintly on vacation when I tried to get a hold of her the last few days before the move with questions.

"customer got estimate base on hourly rate. estimate $100 per hour 5 hours labor. we end up working 8 hours labor and customer has been charge 1 hour add. we gave up 2 hours of labour time that we did work extra and did not charge him for that!!! we been very fair with him working 2 hours extra for no charge."
