It was a Big Deal purchase. I thought they were very professional and they were on time. It looked like they did a thorough job even though I don't think I would ever do that particular job again because I don't think it was effective for what I was trying to do. There was no extra charge.

We were able to schedule an appointment for the following week on the day we desired. They arrived on-time and serviced our A/C unit, changing the filter, and checking the unit for any problems. They spent about 45 minutes on the unit and the cost for the tune-up was 69.95. We've used this company before and have been pleased with their service. We will use them again should we encounter any problems with our unit.

They did a great job. They were efficient. They also worked on my A/C unit, I had a problem with a valve. I had used the same HVAC provider for 10 years, I am not sure in the last year we had this leak twice and he never fixed properly. This company put a safety feature of a shut off valve for the drip pan and solved the problem right away!

When I called the company to arrange for the ducts to be cleaned, they were prompt and polite and helpful in setting a date within a few days of my call. On the date of the service, Mario and Chester actually arrived a little early and they were ready to get to work. they covered all of the furniture; carefully moved things that might get damaged or dusty; and began removing the vents. All of the vents were cleaned inside and out. Once the vents were removed, they began cleaning the air ducts. They also sanitized them and put some tape on an area where insulation had come loose. They were professional, pleasant, and worked quickly and efficiently. When they were done they dusted all of the floors and cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they also let us know that they noticed that the A/C needed Preventative maintenance done and that the A/C needed a safety switch installed. They far exceeded our expectations!

There were 2 technicians that arrived on time 9am - 5/14/14. My husband let them in and they proceeded with all the checks, from time to time they will call my husband to point out things that we can do in the future to maintain our AC unit in working order. One of the tech before he left, spoke to my husband about a problem where the air is coming out of the unit, and an issue with a pipe, both issues are just to be taken to our attention and does not mean it needs to be fixed by them or ASAP (just to keep our eyes on). I really appreciate those, as I never liked up-selling of service that are not really needed. Gave the 2 techs a tip before they left and also, I received a work done report for our records. Will recommend this company.

The quality of the service was good. Upon initial installation they forgot to include the programmable thermostat as indicated in the product description. Upon informing them about the thermostat, they installed new programmable thermostat. Their responsiveness was good, I felt they are overwhelmed by their work, so lady on the phone was little less courteous and less friendly. They arrived on time and finished their job. Cleaned up the place once the work was done.

That is a very good company. They are very professional, and they are also very clean. I will recommend them. Overall, I am grading them an A. I will also use them in the future.

Mario and Chester were personable and professional. Two air care specialists arrived on time and went to work immediately. Covered any furniture that might get dirty. After both men cleaned all vents and ducts they vacuumed the house and totally cleaned up!

This is an Angie's List deal I got for $200. The team of two came on time, there were nice and polite but barely speaks English. It took them 30 minutes to clean all air ducks (total of 5) with vacuum machine and sanitize them so all smell good. The duck vent covers/grills were washed as well. i found this service overpriced. I gave them the job as I've expected an A/C quote as well, but it turned out that the quote comes from a different person which was 1 hour late and made me wait him. He never sent a quote for what I asked which was not serious at all. To sum up - if you speak Spanish, don't mind to wait on this company and want to chase them for something, this is your place, not to mention they are not cheap.

The GM called on the date of service 40 minutes prior to the agreed time and showed up with his 2-man crew 20 minutes early. All 3 of them were extremely professional, well-mannered, and courteous. The GM explained everything that was to be done very clearly to me. They were well-equipped and covered all necessary areas to protect my furniture, paintings and floors. They moved whatever needed to be relocated to other areas in order to protect things in my home, including clothing in my master closet. They removed all the duct covers, cleaned and washed them. They used a special blower to clean the ducts, they also cleaned both A/C units and sanitized all of them. They replaced my filters and the GM told me that I was using the wrong filter size in one of my A/C and wrote down the new size that I need. The GM also checked my dryer and told me that I did not need anything done to it. Once they were done, they picked up all their materials, vacuumed all affected areas, used a cloth on any area which might have been exposed to dust. They were in my home for approximately four hours and they were professional and quiet. This morning, my husband and I talked about the fact that it seems that A/C units are cooling the house a lot faster -- although we kept both A/C units at their usual temperature, we felt the house was cooler and our bedroom a bit cold last night. We also noticed that overall air in our home seems lighter and cleaner. We are impressed by the service and professionalism of these gentlemen as well as that of Deborah, the office manager. In fact, once they left, I called Deborah to thank her for sending them to my home. I would absolutely refer this company and will use their service again without any hesitation. In fact, I do not know who owns this company, but I would tell the owner the following: your employees are a great asset to you.

Friendly and professional guys. The service is cheap, considering time and effort. Guys showed up on time too. Issue I have is that their hardware made a bit of a mess in the house, as droppings fell on the floor. I would only do this type of service in case the home is empty & easy to clean.

The best experience I have ever had with a contractor! From first contact with Deborah, initial meeting with Gerardo for estimate, Deborah offering to contact my Home Owner's Assoc. to supply licenses, etc to scheduling of installation and addition of air duct cleaning---all within a few days. Gerardo and his crew arrived exactly when expected, everyone knew their job, worked steadily,cleaned up everything and were finished in just a few hours. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Will call upon Air Care Specialist for any future a/c work and can not recommend them highly enough!

The cleaning went fine, I suppose, but the company communicated poorly with my tenant, especially in terms of letting them know what to expect after the service was completed. Within 24 hours after they left, a bunch of dust came out of the vents around the condo, causing my tenants to panic and spend a good deal of effort cleaning up. There seemed to be little interest in educating the client, more of a get-in-and-get-out attitude.

Air Care Specialist was good. They were efficient, quick and on time. They only thing was they put the air-conditioning filter backwards, other than that, I have no complains for the money that we spent. They cleaned up their mess, nothing was on the floor or on the furniture. They were really good. Everything about them as far as contacting them, calling me right back and coming when they said they were going to come at that same time they were going to come, it couldn't have been better planned; it was perfect. They were very professional.

They have blowns the things inside the airduct and cleaned with a cleaning liquid. After they compelted the work, they also cleaned any residue left on the floors. They were overall professional.
