Description of Work: They were prompt and very professional. They cleaned up so that you would never know that they were in my home. Their price was $150 below what it was going to cost to get "the friend rate" from a company I had used for years!! I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to my friends and clients.

Description of Work: They did not bring a ladder to reach the vent on the high ceiling, most homes have high ceilings so this was surprising or they should have asked before coming out. They then banged my stair case while walking out with the ladder, and didn't acknowledge it, I was sitting on the couch when this happened. Lastly guy tried to sell me upgraded services....to clean dirty coils, which didn't need it. Started at $350 and when I said not interested, he lowered the price down to $175!! When that didn't work, I was offered another service, install a valve to avoid leaking. Will not recommend this vendor and would not use them again.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List Deal Of The Day - an air duct cleaning. They were on time and seemed to work hard, but two years later I found out they did a terrible job, when I hired another contractor to clean my ducts again. This contractor showed me that Air Care Specialist Inc only cleaned about 5 feet of the ducts, leaving approximately 10 feet completely untouched and full of dust - effectively, leaving my ducts no better off than before the job ! And worse, they used standard equipment on my fiberglass lined ducts, and caused loose pieces of fiberglass in my ducts as a result, which could have blown throughout the apartment. It cost me $1800 to have another contractor come in, vacuum out the entire duct work, then repaint the interior of the ducts to ensure no fiberglass particles were exposed in my ducts, and then to sanitize the vents. They informed me that standard equipment for duct cleaning should never be used on fiberglass ducts, but Air Care Specialists did not care about that, they just did the work regardless. Completely unacceptable.

Description of Work: Very well. A little miscommunication because they didn't speak english very well. I have my ducts reversed in the bedrooms (so they blow towards the wall and not on the beds) and I wanted them put back that way but they turned the around which I later had to fix but not a big deal. Very good overall.
