It went great from the beginning, they contacted me to schedule the appointment. They got there in time, were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a concern a couple of weeks after the service was performed, I called, and they sent someone to check it out the same day. Great company to work with!

Jorge called me in the morning to tell me when he would be there. He arrived on time. Explained everything that would be done. They covered furniture with tarps. We had moved some furniture before they got there, but then anything they moved, they put back when they were done. They also cleaned up/vacuumed. Also cleaned out dryer vent. Clothes are drying quicker now. Would definitely use this company again.

They did a very efficient job. I was pleased with their work and professionalism.

I brought an Angie's List deal for a Duct and Dryer cleaning and (Company) was very quick to respond and set up a time via the Angie's List messaging system. On the actual day of service, the first tech arrived around 25 min late with no prior phone call or notice. It was late enough that I had called (Company) HQ, and they were very quick to get back in contact with me and check on the tech (who had just arrived). The first tech got started with removing everything and the second tech arrived around 45 min later and they worked together on cleaning the vents and A/C unit. After that initial bump, I was very happy with the service they provided and in many way they went above and beyond what I expected. They troubleshot (and fixed!) a few minor issues with the dryer venting and A/C that I wasn't even aware of. They put down covers to limit dust/dirt that came out of the vents and cleaned up very thoroughly behind themselves. I would definitely hire these guys again for my A/C and related needs!

I have definitely found my go to AC company. They basically took half a day, tore my AC apart and cleanded the entire thing. Somehow a small crack came up when re-installing, which could possibly have been due to the previous owner's installation. Either way Air Care Specialists replaced it with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company!

They were amazing! They covered and moved all furniture to prevent dirt and debris from falling on them, they removed all the air vents and scrubbed them cleaner than when they were brand new, and even helped me chase down my dog when she escaped through the open front door! Jorge and his partner were very polite and professional as well as friendly. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using this company again!

Guy worked hard and cleaned up well

They were punctual and professional. One of the crew members tripped with a lap and the shade broke, I received prompt credit for its cost. Overall I could see they thoroughly cleaned the ducts with a traditional brush/vacuum. In the past I have used the a service with a negative suction method that frankly did not look effective to me. This one does. I will use this company for future service needs.

I received an email with proposed schedule dates and a call to confirm the selected dates shortly after, the technicians arrived around the appointed time. The technicians were very professional and polite, they confirmed the number of vents and made suggestions for additional services that could be performed, they covered all furniture and floors beneath the areas to be cleaned. They were very careful not to scuff drop or damage anything in my home the attention to detail in that area was very much appreciated, they handled the job with care every step of the way. As part of the package they inspected my air handler and reported any deficiencies that needed correction, overall I was happy with the results, one important point I would make is that during the service call I was never pressured or made to feel I needed to have additional services performed, which was a (welcome experience.) I was ready for what I call the up-sale where the representative pressures you to perform additional services usually by telling you there are terrible things happening that need to be corrected immediately, but in reality it's not the case. Definet A in my book. I would use this company in the future.

The company was extremely professional and polite on the phone. They tried to accomodate my schedule and were very clear with the information provided. The team that came in to do the work was courteous and professional as well. They did an excellent job and made sure not to leave any mesa behind.

It went well. They came as scheduled, did the job as scheduled and did not add on any extras.

I had a hard time scheduling them in the first place, and then on the day of service they were almost two hours late. However, once they got there, they stayed until the job was completely done and done to very high standards, which is probably why they were late. It also turned out that our dryer vent had NEVER been cleared out (we had just bought the house) and there was 11 feet of moist and then dried up lint and g*** from the dryer all the way to the outside. Holy fire hazard. This guy spent over an hour and a half in our attic in the middle of the South Florida summer and not a complaint. I was very impressed. They need to work on scheduling a bit. I know not everything can be helped, but they either need to hire some more people or spread their appointments out a little better. Other than that it was an A+ experience.

I contacted ACS via Angie's List for a quotation. I provided specific details about our requirements. I received a total boilerplate response which seemed to indicate that Deborah had not paused to read the information provided. I had to write back and repeat myself to to get a clear quotation. ACS were not interested in adjusting the price although I had two apartments (a duplex) which both needed servicing. The offhand nature of their response and the inflexibility put me off and we decided to use another company.

It was good. There was no additional cost on top of the big deal price. They came at the time they scheduled the service. They were just fine and everything was good.

They showed up on time. Cleaned the inside of all of the vents and washed the vent covers too. Check the coil and the fan and said they were fine for now. I liked that they didn't try to up sell me. They did tell me about a preventive maintenance contract where they come out twice a year to check everything on the unit for I think $150 a year. Seeing I just moved here and don't have anyone currently, I will take them up on that. Good job and cleaned up their mess after.

Two men came to the house and were here about seven hours carefully cleaning the ducts. Our house was built in the early fifties and the duct work is old and some of it taped together. The lead man was very professional and very nice. They cleaned everything up and put covers over things to minimize the dust, etc. they showed my husband pictures. They put everything back. Unfortunately the day after they were here, we found that the house was not cooling as usual. They came back promptly when we called and found that one of the ducts was leaking in the attic. They resealed it, which took care of the problem. It had been torn in the cleaning. They, of course, did not charge us for this revisit.

They came on time. They counted the air ducts: there were more than the offer covered. They charged price for extra air ducts. They vacuumed and cleaned the air ducts. They did not get any dirt from the air ducts on any thing else, a very good thing. They were polite and friendly . They finished within estimated time of service. The air was noticeably cleaner after their services.

I bought a big deal for this service. They charged me extra dollars and did not clean the vents. I thought they did a good job, but after I left I found dirt all over the place. They did not cover up the stuff enough and, truthfully, I do not know how good of a job they did because I never saw them do anything. They put a little brush up my vents only about 19-20 feet. My house is 1,900 square feet and I don't think the air conditioner is more than 20 feet away from any vent. The guys were very nice and very polite, however I thought it was a rip off. I thought the extra charge should have been included in the price. They made sure they were dressed properly and made sure it was done and cleaned up properly.
