 + -1 moreThey arrived prompty on time. Got right to work, Checked out the whole unit. Found my coils were covered in dog hair. Showed it to me, explained how it would be cleaned it i wanted it cleaned. They cleaned up after them selves and checked to see if i was satisfied.
Description of Work: They cleaned my AC ducts. The main guy noted the coils on my unit were very dirty. and so my unit was cleaned also. He showed me everything and explained everything. They were prompt, professional and cleaned everything.after. my AC unit has been running much better. Glad I did it.

 + 0 moreGerardo and his crew (2) were extremely professional. They were on time, and immediately began their work. I have 9 air ducts and Gerardo asked me to show him where they were so they could create a plan. They started with the duct furthest from the air-conditioning unit and worked their way closer. Each vent was removed, taken outside, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. After the duct was cleaned, the vents were put back in place. Although checking the air-conditioning unit was not part of the package, they cleaned out the filter and wiped out the closet and unit.It was very clear that this 20 year old house had NEVER had the air-conditioning ducts cleaned! They were beyond filthy! It took them longer than usual because of the built up of grim. They spent 2.5 hours on these ducts. I know from experience that is twice as long as other companies. All three men are very nice. I am a disabled senior and they were very respectful, polite and kind. I will not hesitate to call upon them again. I recommend this company with complete confidence!
Description of Work: After seeing where the air ducts were located and which ones were furthest from the unit, they began to move any furniture and/or other items that were below the air ducts.. They then placed tarps on the floor to cover a wide area below each duct. The vacuum machine, hoses and brushes used for duct cleaning was brought in along with several high ladders. (4 of my 9 ducts are 14-16 feet high). Shorter ladder were used for the lower ducts. Each vent was removed and taken outside to be cleaned, sanitized and dried. While one person worked on the vents, another one started the duct cleaning procedure: using a separate vacuum, they cleaned the opening that is set in the wall and leads to the actual air flow duct. When that step was completed they started with the rotary hose/brush and cleaned throughout the entire duct system. After that was completed, they replaced the vents/grills. They removed their equipment and cleaned up EVERYTHING! They replaced the furniture and asked me to do a walk through to see if I had any questions.....I didn't!

We received 3 estimates for this job, and they were all about the same price. He also does air conditioning service and duct work and duct cleaning.
