The air conditioner in my bedroom was broken: air would flow but it was not cool. I called the office to schedule a repair. The office then, called me back with a time frame for the the technician to come. He was there on time that afternoon. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. The capacitor and some wires had been fried by all the lightning, electric surges going on in the past few days. The technician explained it and showed me all the bad parts, repaired everything quickly and added a surge protector after we talked about it. My air conditioning was cooling again right away. The price was very fair. I can not imagine using any other company for maintenance or repairs. They did my maintenance in May and I am more than happy to be under a maintenance contract with them. Very highly recommended.

Very professional and punctual! Quality of work was great, they setup all the rooms before performing their work and cleaned area after completion.

I did not read the coupon details well, 199$ is for cleaning 10 vents, if you have more vents (which we did) I think it's around 30$ each (confirm the price because I am not entirely sure, I just remember I thought it was a little pricey). The guys were very professional. The cleaning process itself makes quite a mess, so if you're a clean freak I suggest you get those plastic covers and cover your furniture, I didn't want nasty tarp on mine. The guys, however, we super nice and made sure to help me clean up (so much so that I gave them a nice tip). We also got our a/c unit checked or maintained. Overall, if you just want to know that your ducts are cleaned I would recommend them. However, for us, we called them in because our a/c has been stinking (kind of a burned heater smell). We just moved to our house so we weren't sure what was happening. We were hoping that the cleaning would resolve the problem and that if the guy checked our unit he would tell us what was wrong. Unfortunately, they said everything was fine and the smell still persists... So I guess that for us the problem was not resolved. We haven't called them back yet to see what they can do about it though. Bottom-line: I would strongly recommend them for the cleaning, but not so much for the a/c tune up. In terms of professionalism they were great and everyone I spoke to was kind and didn't have an attitude. But make sure you are aware of the prices, do you don't feel a little duped like me. (They informed me of the price once they were half way through, but again, it's probably my fault and it's probably written on the coupon somewhere.).

He found the two problems, fixed the one he could, and the other is a warranty repair I have to go back to the original installer for.

I was disappointed to come home and find a few minor loose ends. I left the owner a general voice mail regarding this issue. Her response was so prompt and overly-apologetic that I felt guilty for even mentioning it. It's refreshing to find someone who takes their business seriously and puts customer satisfaction first. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone interested in having their ducts cleaned.

They were very professional, made sure that everything was covered near the vents. They even swept and vacuumed after they were done. Would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT job. Two men worked in tandem making the job go faster. Very professional in their care and cleanup of all areas below and around vents. They covered all flooring and still vacuumed upon completion. Loved how everything went like clockwork. Recommend this company very highly.

Our A/C unit began to make loud noises around 3am. I called the Air Care Specialist around 7:45am and received a call back approx. around 8:50am. The service center arranged for a technician to arrive between 1pm - 3pm. Gerardo (Service Technician) arrived at approx. 2pm. From the begining he was a pleasure to work with. He carefully took in all info/details/observations that I had before he began his own hands own diagnosis. He made sure to walk me thru each step that he was taking to make his diagnoses - while fielding my various questions. Once he was able to come up with a diagnosis, he decided to check on the warranty first - before running down the list of replacement and labor charges. (NOTE: this was deeply appreciated). Also, per my request, Gerardo took a look at our HVAC to ensure that there were any preventative measures that needed to be taken. He said we were in the clear...but also decided to check the warranties on our behalf just so that we were aware of our standing. (NOTE: this was also a plus as we've only been in our house since October). Gerardo finished all services (including sourcing and repairing our motor) with 4.5hrs. He made sure to vacuum and clean his service area. I will be recommending Air Care Specialist to many others moving forward. Many thanks Gerardo!

Extremely with the service from start to finish. I called in in the morning and a technician was at my door a few hours later. Gerardo was very nice and informative. He quickly assessed the problem, did the tune-up and gave us tips for how to best maintain the unit. I was really pleased with this company and will use them for all of my future A/C needs.

Great great company. They came ontime (calling when they left to let me know they were on their way). There were 3 of them and they were courteous, professional and very competent. Geraldo explained to me everything they were doing, and what needed to be replaced. They were very thorough and took their time to do the job carefully. they tested all the systems again before leaving. I would say it is one of the best experience I have had with an air conditioning company since I came to Florida in 1996! Highly recommended. I am going to join their 6 months maintenance plan. Excellent.

The technicians arrived right on time. They laid out floor and carpet covers to protect my house from dirty shoes and from debris that came from the ducts. Both techs were careful with my furniture and household items that were near where they were working. All the air duct vents were cleaned and put back carefully. The main technician examined our air handler and notified us that there was a slight leak as well as gaps in the surrounding wall. He fixed the problems and we have noticed a dramatic difference in the efficiency of our A/C. Our house cools off faster than it did before. We have also noticed that our home smells cleaner and fresher than it did before we had the ducts cleaned.

Two techs showed up on time and did a wonderful job on the vents and the duct as well as the maintenance of the A/C unit. They cleaned up after themselves and explained their work. Originally the work entailed air duct/vent cleaning, deodorizing duct system but they noticed there was a duct leak and after speaking with their office, explained cost to repair ($100), plus they performed maintenance on the unit (added the freon). They also advised that the unit was missing a switch on the pan that shuts it off when it gets filled with water, I need to get that fixed but forgot to asked them how much it would cost and they did not offer an estimate. Besides that, I was very happy with the work performed.

Representatives were on time, courteous, careful, answered any questions, for the most part cleaned up after themselves, appeared to do a thorough job. Improvised a clean air filter for the air conditioning unit. Received a thank you note and ofter for annual air conditioning maintenance. It appears to have been a job well done.

They were very professional - on-time, which in my experience, is rare in the service industry. They checked the condition of our a/c system, including the coils. Would recommend as they did a great job! Thanks!

They did not conduct themselves in a very profession mannor. They asked to use my facilities which I didn't think was very professional. The quality of work was not good because while they were working they were blowing dust out of the vents all over the house.

They were on time for the service. Great care was taken to cover or move any furniture that was blocking the air ducts. After the air ducts were clean, they cleaned all of the covers, replaced everything that had been moved and vacuumed up. While doing the AC tune up, they discovered holes in the area that attaches from the top of the AC unit up into the hose. Basically instead of all of the cold air being pumped into the ducts, some has been flowing into the area where the AC unit is which meant our house was taking longer to cool off. They called their office, gave me a quote, I accepted and they proceeded to repair the holes. Our AC now runs for a shorter period of time and our electric bill has already dropped $40 in 1 month. Throughout the entire process, the crew was very courteous & efficient.

I was impressed when they called shortly after I purchased their Big Deal to schedule an appointment. I wanted to replace the carpet and knew this would probably put additional dust into the air so I delayed the duct cleaning. Unfortunately, the carpet didn't get replaced and I was running out of time on the Deal - they were very gracious and extended it a couple of weeks so I could still use it. I had a few little issues: I had requested an advance call to confirm arrangements that day - but instead two gentlemen arrived. The register screws weren't returned to the ones from which they came and I found several extras (I hope they're extra) on the floor or on furniture. Pieces of something from either around the ducts or from the attic were on furniture or the floor in the general vicinity of ducts. One of the gentleman was standing on an item of upholstered furniture. When they left, my outside faucet was dripping.

They were terrific in all respects...explained everything that they did or that needed to be done...They were on time, polite and respectful of my home.
