They did good work. Everything was fine. They were prompt, courteous, clean, and relatively quick in terms of completing the work. They also gave good advice on getting filters changed out and things like that. They were excellent.

It was very good. There was additional charge because when we bought the deal, we didn't read the fine print and we have more vents so we have to pay more money. That was the only downer we thought we were getting the deal and we ended up paying more money because they could not do all the vents. They were good, came in and cleaned up after themselves.

It went well. They put a sticker on our thermostat with their number which we thought was odd.

It went well with Air Care Specialist. They came in and did the job. They were incredible and very clean. The job was as expected. They're very clear about what they're doing. I spent $40 more from the big deal amount. Everything about them was really good.

I would definitely recommend Air Care Specialist. They were on time, they did not try to sell me another product, additional cleaning, etc. They did the work and the price was as quoted. For those who debate whether this service is effective, this is the first time I did it and (I have allergies) and finally woke up without a headache or stuffy nose. I feel it really did make a difference.

The provider arrived promptly, laid out clothes under each vent to collect dirt, removed the covers and leaned out the vents. Afterwards, all the dirt which fell on the clothes was cleaned up with a minimum of work left for me. The also resealed the airvent covers where necessary. The workers were friendly and competent. I would use this company again.

It was great! They arrived on time, acted professionally, and did excellent work. Furthermore, they were very proactive and phoned me the day after I purchased the deal.

I had a good and bad experience with this company. The City permit was rejected because they didn't do the proper paperwork, they resubmitted and finally got the permit. They failed final City inspection twice. The Customer service department was very defensive about any mistakes brought to their attention. They are an honest Company, but they make sloppy mistakes. I am adding to this review 6 months after the work, to note that my ceiling is now leaking where the pipes were connected through to the unit, and has damaged a 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 foot portion of my ceiling. These connections need to be fixed to stop this leaking. The connections were never checked, and it has been slowly leaking over the past 6 months.

Future recommendation for air-care: Have a tall ladder handy for vents located in high ceilings.

I couldn't be happier with their work. The ducts hadn't been cleaned in over FORTY years. It was a dirty job but they were very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out very well. I didn't spend any additional. They did a good job. The price was average. I had it done a few years ago and the price was close to that. They were here on time.

Absolutely amazing! These are the only two words I can use to describe the service and the technicians. Quick turnaround on the appointment and customer service rep was incredibly helpful. I have never had my air ducts cleaned so I had no idea how the process worked. And boy did my air ducts need to be cleaned. I have popcorn ceilings throughout my house, and dust bunnies had formed around all of the air ducts. The technicians cleaned the ducts, the ceilings, and all of our fans. I wanted to use the opportunity to replace the air duct covers (which were the original plastic ones from when I bought the house 14 years ago). I had a couple on hand, however, Lowes did not have my size. The technicians not only used the ones I had on hand to replace two air ducts, they spray painted the remaining ones white so everything looks fresh and new. I cannot stress enough how amazing the service was. And, to the management of Air Care Specialist, Inc. the two technicians that handled by service deserve a raise or bonus. They were wonderful. You should be thrilled to have them as employees. Bottom line, this was the best money I have spent on a home maintenance project.

The crew came out, they were very conscientious, very careful not to break anything. Their equipptment was kind of bulky and they were very clean and careful. I was very happy with them.

They showed me the "nastiness" they took out of the ducts, which was considerable. They did an excellent clean-up job. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and did the job very well. They covered my furniture so the dust or dirt did not ruin my furniture. They cleaned up after them and everything was left the same way they found it. I hired them again to clean the air blower and do a thorough inspection of the air ducting. I will hire them again if i need any work done on to the air conditioning. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this company and I will call them for my future air conditioning needs. They were on time, knowledgable, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves.

Everything went fine and they were good. I got a bid from another company and I used other company just because the parts were better.

Very nice gentlemen. Took every precaution to protect my floors and fuerniture from the dust/debris from the a/c sduct cleaning. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definately recommend them to friends/family. Gerardo explained everything to me from start to finish and also gave me great suggestions for the future.

The technician was knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and made sure that the job was done the right way. The part that was needed to complete the task was not on-hand/in stock, so the technician needed to locate one which added a little bit of time to the whole job, but not so much as to inconvenience me. Overall, I appreciated the responsiveness, communication and professionalism of the company. I wish it cost a little less, but under the circumstances (we have a 2 year old and it is going to dip into 40 degree temps in the next couple of days) it was worth it.
