Description of Work: They advertised cleaning10 ducts for $199.00. WhenI called and asked about the dryer they told me $75.00. I thought that was reasonable since another company told me $150.00. I had 13 vents and they man said I only had to clean 10. I was amazed. They did a great job. Washed all the vents they took down, also amazed me, cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: The 2 gentlemen that came to our home for duct cleaning dryer vent cleaning and air handler cleaning are a gift to the company. They were thorough organized respectful of our home and very polite. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends and family!

Description of Work: The lead company manager and was very friendly.He explained how the air vents were going to be cleaned and sanitized.He introduced the two men who were going to do the job. Then he left. The two men didn't speak English very well and it was hard to communicate with them. They did they job. The problem was I didn't notice or see any sanitizer being use and when I asked them I had a hard time understanding him, but I assume it was done. I didn't smell or see them spraying anything into the vents or the AC units so I'm not sure that was done. They did work non stop and quickly. When they left they forgot to put back somethings where they belonged. I was told that there would be dust and there was I just wasn't expecting so much. In all I haven't noticed any difference maybe time will tell.So I'm not sure if this is a good value or not yet.

Description of Work: Cleaning the ducts, full exterior cleaning of the coil, general tune-up. They had a special on Angie's List, and they were BY FAR the more reviewed and critically-acclaimed HVAC company on the list. Therefore, they were the clear winners to choose. The other three companies I called, either never returned calls, or took their time to call back, or gave high price, etc etc. Air Care called before they arrived, showed up early, did the work in 3.5 hours instead of the expected 5 hours, and even did a little extra. They were extremely clean in working in our house, very friendly, and the A/C is working great now. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: This is my first experience using Angies List. I needed my air ducts cleaned and I choose Air Care Specialist. The ad indicated a response within four business hours. I emailed that evening around 9:00pm and left my office number. When I got in the next morning at 7:30 I had a response from the company. The representative was very professional and answered all of my questions and I made the appointment. She stated the approximate job would take about two hours at a cost of $199.00. The day of the appointment, two very respectful and professional technicians arrived and immediately placed cloths down so that my flooring would not be soiled. Each vent was removed and meticulously cleaned with a cloth. Each vent was vacuumed and sanitized and the air conditioner was checked. The work was completed within the two hour timeframe as indicated and the price was exactly what I was quoted. I recommend this company and I will be using them again. Very professional from start to finish. Bravo Air Care Specialist for providing exemplary service!!!!
