Description of Work: My computer would not boot-up. I called US Computer and was requested to bring it in. I took it in the next day and was quoted a price and informed that it would be ready in a couple days. They called the afternoon of the next day and said that I could pick it up. I picked it up the morning of the next day and paid the exactt amount quoted. It is workling in perfect shape

+ -1 moreOverall experience was ok but it was a bit disconcerting to not have an approximate time of when they would know what the problem was and then getting it done. In all fairness though due to growing sophistication of technology such as larger hard drives and more parts that can go wrong one does have to have patience. Also was a very busy shop too. They seemed to have done a good job as I don't seem to have any issues since.
Description of Work: Computer had to be run through multiple diagnostic tests which showed bad clusters on hard drive and multiple registry errors which the technician fixed.

+ -1 moreI have been a customer since at least 1992. US Computers built my son a computer to his needs and every time we needed service of any kind we have been pleased with the professional staff in every way 100%. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent on all counts and will use again.
Description of Work: Added more memory, cleaned, debugged (a virus was in the computer), and other items, I can't remember. It was like I had a new computer, FAST!

+ -1 moreIt cost me about $200, but it also included an external hard drive. He's very good. He sold me a rebuilt extra hard drive for half the price I would have to pay at any retailer, so I would say his pricing is excellent. He is heavily in demand, but still he shows up, so his availability is also excellent. He knows his job.
Description of Work: I had my computer repaired by U.S. Computer Corp. about a month ago. There were some software problems which had to be sorted out, it was not communicating with the server. He had to do some reprogramming, and I also bought an external hard drive.
