Unique Epoxy Floors

It was good. They showed up on time, prompt and kep me updated from day to day.

The job went extremely well. Chris painted, textured and faux finished my walls 22 years ago. So I called her back for a repaint. Chris recommended to keep one of the faux finished walls for an accent wall and paint the rest. She showed me color swatches for matching colors for the accent wall that flowed with the bed and bath. I going to remodeled the bathroom in which she had some great ideas to enhance the looks. Which helped blend the tile, tub.and vanity top. I would recommend this company to anyone because of their professional manner of consulting me and preforming the work in a timely manner.

It went extremely well. Mike Marino supervised the work and actually did some of it. He went through all the proper prepping procedures I read about online for epoxy finishes. He helped me choose just the right color for the job. The job was done on time, there was care given to the rest of the environment during the work, and the area was left clean.

I was looking for something different to do on my showroom floors. I met with Mike and Chris and they showed me options i have never seen before. We decided to go with a metallic epoxy. I am open 7 days a week. The process was dust free. The product dried fast and we never lost an hour of retail time. Almost every person that walks in comments on my floor. From the moment I met Chris Rowles and Mike Marino from sister companies Unique Floors and Marino Painting, I knew I had made the right choice to hire them. I knew very little about flooring options for my basement concrete floors. They brought multiple flooring samples for me to look at, but, ultimately I decided on a casual colorful look. They suggested first grinding and cleaning the concrete to get a clean base, then recommended a floor paint that would be durable for my usage. While talking to them about flooring, I also mentioned I would like to repaint the walls and stairs, using multiple color selections for walls, doors, stairs, trim, etc. No problem. Once we agreed on the project scope, Chris quickly sent me an estimate, which I thought fair, and we set up a schedule. Chris brought two great painters, Antonio and Oscar, and they worked tirelessly in our hot, humid downstairs without complaint. I probably drove them crazy with so many color choices, but Chris was there most days to make sure there was no confusion. She was a great leader and communicator. Antonio and Mike took over the floor grinding and floor painting to perfection. They even helped move some furniture in and out. It was just another way they went the extra mile. I am elated with the end result! I smile each time I walk inside our house, it is so clean and cheerful. The guys were hard working, timely, and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Chris had an artistic, creative side that I loved. They were a talented, professional team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring or painting solutions.
