Ultra Cutz

We didn't realize until a few days later that they had not trimmed all the shrubs in the front of the house. We started calling Ultra Cutz and would get responses ranging from "we will call you right back" to "the owner will call you back in 20 minutes" to "we are 10 minutes out". They then stopped answering or returning our 20+ calls. We sent them an email with pictures of the shrubs and it doesn't appear that they have looked at it. Finally, today we were able to talk to someone named Tommy who claims to be the next in line under the owner. He said they will not come out to "finish" the job because it was not included in the "bid". There was never a "bid", Dave (the man who solicited us and no longer works for them) said they would clean up the oak tree in the back yard and trim the shrubs for $250. Today, Tommy said we could pay them $150 to come back and trim the rest of the shrubs! We have asked to talk to the owner and we were told that he would not be calling us back and we would not be getting any calls back from anyone with their company anymore.

The inside of my car was full of palm mulch from their work. They cut up one of my hoses and trampled my garden. They neverfollowed up with me about replacing the hose.

Called for a quote on a Monday. Came out same day and provided quote. Started services same day. We're supposed to return following day to finish, never showed up. Three days later finally picked up the tree parts from yard, but left a huge branch up in an adjoining tree. Took three weeks for them to remove after several follow up calls. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again.

They came late when they did come, and they haven't shown up for two weeks now. They have also been unresponsive to my calls. I also pre-paid to have work done that still hasn't been completed.

Outstanding! It fully exceeded my expectations. I saw Ultra Cutz doing work for my neighbor and spoke to the owner of the business (Louie) about trimming all the trees and bushes on my property. He quickly gave me a quote and worked with me to meet my budget. He indicted he could take care of my property the next day. Indeed, Louie and his crew of 5+ men showed up the next day. They rapidly went to work and in about 2+ hours time totally transformed by property. It looks amazing. Louie personally supervised the work. When they left, they did not leave a leaf or branch behind. It was a totally professional operation. It was a pleasure to deal with Louie. It's great to find an owner/operator of a business who takes total pride in what he does. Louie is all about excellence and customer satisfaction. That is rare today.
