Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Largo, Florida

Description of Work: They sent an invoice to the wrong address and then sent the bill to a collection agency. I have never not paid a bill in my life. They had the correct address, but messed up and I paid the price. I would never recommend this company.

Description of Work: I have employed Truly Nolen three times in the past two years for rodent removal at my personal home and at rental properties I own. In each case the jobs were performed promptly, professionally and effectively. The price includes not only extermination and removal of pests, but also inspection of homes, detecting and sealing possible access points for reinfestation. They also offer a 1 year warranty, which can be extended annualy for a reasonable fee. I would fully endorse Truly Nolen to anyone in need of services of this nature. By the way, my wife works for an entity that cares for historical properties that has employed Truly Nolen as well.

Description of Work: I utilized the website for Truly Nolan to arrange for their "pest" package and prepaid via cc the required price with the knowledge that the "local" office would be calling to confirm an appointment. A day or so later the "local office" called and set up an appoinmtnet date with a few days advance time though a "speedier response" was requested. A day later when the "office" called to reconfirm the appointment they related that the already collected fee was NOT as described as it did NOT cover what I had asked for but I argued that my problem was specifically described within their advertisement. I told them to CANCEL any appointment as I felt I had been the recipient of a "bait & switch fraud" and I would like IMMEDIATE reimbursement of all charges made to my credit card. The "telephone agent" tried to talk me out of the cancellation and stated that she would still have a "free inspection" conducted as originally scheduled. I stated I did not want anything further to do with the company and again demanded my immediate refund for which I was told would be done and their inspector would still come and review my problem. I made an immediate appointment with ORKIN who charged only 2/3rds of the Truly Nolan fees and they came the very next day. Truly Nolan again called and said they were enroute to my home for the inspection and I told them again their services were no longer needed. As of today nearly a month later, the Truly Nolan charges remain on my credit card and NO CREDIT has been issued. ORKIN did the job as requested and has gratiously followed up to check on satisfaction.
