Everything was good about them. They're on time, they did the job and they're very professional about it.

I have been using truly Nolen now for 3 years and have been very happy with their service. The company is very professional and always follows up with any problems you may have. Marlo has been my tech now for 2 years and comes every 3 months and does a great job, always calls the night before, comes on time and is great guy. I started having problems recently with ghost ants and called the office and Marlo came out immediately and treated for the ants and has already scheduled a follow up in 2 weeks to ensure that the problem is resolved. I also had a termite issue 2 months ago around my door, and since I have a yearly contract with them for termite control, they sent someone out immediate who took care of the problem and he was very professional and knowledgeable and have not had any further problems. Truly Nolen had gone up a few dollars on their quarterly visits, and I almost switched companies due to cost, but after realizing the professional service I have been getting now for 3 years I decided to stay with them and will continue to stay as I find them to be very professional and the techs are very experienced and great to work with. Plus there is a significant discount for customers who pay in advance which I am going to do on my next visit. Thank you Truly Nolen, Marlo (quarterly tech) , Jeff (termite inspector) and all the techs that have serviced me , you guys are great and I have been very happy with the service.

They did nothing, and that is the reason we fired them. We originally used them because we thought we had a termite problem. We had a tree loose a branch, they got rid of the bees, got rid of the bees in the tree, and had it cut down, but there were termites in the trees at one time. We had no other trees, and so we thought the next thing was the house. We contracted them to do the termites, and we still have the contract, and they will continue doing that. We had them do our lawn, and the lawn didn't seem to improve. They also did the inside of the house. We had a problem with pantry moths. The one guy had told me that for everything we bring into the house, we should put in plastic, be it bags or containers, so that they can't get out or in, and I also got mole traps. The last two guys who came out did nothing. The guy was not doing anything for my pantry moths and I was spending the money to buy the traps, and so I said I was not going to pay them for nothing. The lawn did not start looking any better, and my husband was doing that too. They were spraying for fleas and bugs. I had used a guy for 20 years and he has never asked for an increase in price. They would be here when they said they would be here, and they were very professional, they just didn't do anything.

Performed full termite control in and exterior of the house including under concret slab.

They just charge too much for the service performed. Not bad work...just too much money. Just GUESSED at approximate date of service. It was during 2013. I DO NOT want to hear from this company again!!!!!!!

Dexter did a great job. He is very professional and returns whenever I have any type of issue. I have to be here to allow access to backyard and pool area and he always confirms the night before and calls when he is on his way. Great employee. Hope they keep him around.

General pest control. We were renting a 45 yr old Villa and had a serious problem with " palmettos" AKA American Roaches. Truly Nolen in Pinellas Park did the initial treatment which included attic, exterior and interior. They used the usual spray on the outside with baits, glue traps and a boric acid based treatment on the interior. At no time did the palmettos cease and desist. New hatchlings were constantly springing forth from areas in the kitchen and baths, with adults, in various stages of their life cycle making surprise appearances in kitchen cabinets and bedrooms. This lead to repeated calls for follow up treatment over the course of our one year contract. They came to the property quarterly to treat the exterior, which had limited access as the villas are attached. Interior treatments yielded nothing. Perhaps these American Roaches were immune to the boric acid based product, because it never even slowed them down. Eventually I went to a do it yourself pest control store in Clearwater where I purchased a powerful exterminating powder which I mixed with water. I donned a mask and gloves, and eradicated the entire population of palmettos. The technician was a very nice man, the office staff was usually professional, unfortunately the product they used did not do the job.

They were actually a franchise. I got a contract with them, so they come quarterly. My experience with them was excellent! They were very good and punctual. Also, they always show up. If they can't show up, they make arrangement to come the next day. In addition, they're very knowledgeable and professional.

From the outset they gave an initial evaluation of the process recommended including options with cost and time estimates provided prior to establishing a mutually agreeable contract. This same professional approach is used for each of the tasks accomplished. Workers were on time, efficient and used proper safe procedures and safety measures in each of the tasks contracted. This is all the more impressive when compared to the seat of the pants, sloppy and ineffective experience with other providers. They are not cheap but the old adage that you get what you pay for proved true.

He was very helpful. My husband had some questions for him and he answered them all.

The gentleman who estimated the job was prompt and spent a great deal of time examining the property. The gentleman who performed the services was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient.

My neighbor discovered roof rats in her attic. They tried to get an inspection from the pest control company we both use. They said they didn't perform that service and referred them to another company that told them they didn't have time to do the work until next year. They called Truly Nolan and they came out promptly. Roof rats were discovered and the service coordinator contacted me and asked if I would like him to inspect my attic at no charge. He prerfomed the inspection and found evidence of infestation. He informed me of what could be done and what the cost would be. He also set traps and said that even if I didn't take the service he would continue to set traps at no charge until the immediate problem was eliminated. I signed up for a complete attic re-insulation and they completed that within the week and continued to set treats until there was no further evidence of rats. He also completed the first quarterly pest control service. All of the service people were on time, courteous, and extremely neat. I would highly recommend Truly Nolen.

They come out for the service and if you have any other problems throughout the year they come out all on that one price. They had to be here early before the bees wake up to kill them. He was here before dawn and he killed them. They were African Bees. He came back twice that afternoon to make sure they killed them, this isn't the guy that killed them - this is the guy with Truly Nolen because they subcontract the bee killing. He didn't have to do that, I didn't expect it. Every time my grand kids got a Truly Nolen badge card or pin, coloring book or something. The guy was just super sweet. They really cared and of course the kids loved the car. They are top rated and that's one of the reasons I went with them.

We have used them for around fifteen years. We have a contract with them. Our contract also includes termite coverage. I had an issue with one employee but he longer comes to our home.

Excellent. Great company, very professionaly, flexible and able to meet my needs immediately. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Truly Nolen for rodent and pest control and have been very happy with the results. Matt, the rodent technician, is great and really helped us get rid of some destructive super rats in one day! (They were walking right by our dog at night, eating her food and she didn't even try to defend it, scary!) The pest control is great too and the pest technician was very knowledgeable. We also have termite service and we have been happy with that too. The only thing we did not understand in signing up for the service was that we would have to pay an annual fee to keep our warranty against termites. The fee is reasonable, but not well disclosed. Overall, the company is responsible and professional and the service is excellent.

We had a tree that was damaged in a storm, so we called out a tree company with an arborist. He told us that the tree had been hit by lightening in the past and first been invaded by wood bores, than termites and finally carpenter ants . The tree was damage further in the storm and needed to come down. I rejoined Angie's list because we had trouble with merchant in the pass. I found Truly Nolan on Angie's list and they offered a coupon. I called and they came out a few days later to check for insects.The inspection is free. He did find a few dead carpenter ants in our house, no termites, but we were concerned that once the tree was gone , they would be looking for another food source and didn't want it to be our house. The insects at the bottom of the tree wasn't enough Truly Nolan also found a beehive in the tree just below where the large center branch of the tree had been broken during the storm. The bees needed to be be killed before the tree could be cut down and than the house and around the area where the tree was removed needed to be treated. truly Nolan sent their Bee expert out at the crack of dawn the next morning to kill the bees before they woke up. He was very professional and fumigated them and sealed the tree so they couldn't escape. The tree was removed three days later and Truly Nolan came back a couple of days later to completely treat the house and the area around where the tree had been removed. Everyone we dealt with at Truly Nolan was very friendly answered all our question and stopped by several times to make sure there weren't any problems. Our grandchildren loved their cars , yellow VW's with mouse ears and tails.

Our initial appointment was scheduled for 1-2 pm. We got a call from Tony (our technician) at about 12:30 telling us he will be there at 1 and HE WAS! He was very professional and just an all around nice guy! We had all of the inside of the house and the yard treated. It's only been one day, but WOW! What a difference. We wanted to focus on getting rid of fleas in the back yard and garage. Nothing we did ourselves, bombs and spraying, worked at all. After one day with Truly Nolen, they're gone!! Tony was professional, knowledgeable and quick! Great experience.

We pay them yearly. We don't have any pest control problems at all so they get the job done. They tell us the day they will come about a month in advance and as it gets closer they tell us a specific time. They are punctual. They are kind of expensive.

Everything is going well, still a little early to tell. They came in and inspected where the rodents were coming into the home and corrected it.

Nice company, but I got a better price else where.
