Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Largo, Florida

The technician inspected our lawn, found no signs of moles and was able to put our mInds at ease. He treated our lawn for grubs, which armadillos were feeding on.

We have used Truly Nolan for about 10 years and have been lucky enough to have the same technician, Tim the whole time. He cares about my property and my family and is always a professional. He is an example of professionalism.

They did great. Hat a rat problem in attic and it was resolved. Also do great pest preventative work too.

So far, good. no new signs of termites.

They do a very good job. It is sometimes difficult to get extra visits scheduled if I have a problem.

I have been blessed by kind, capable service staff over the years. My dogs just love Steve White and when the dogs like a visitor to their home, I know I am safe. Steve comes in and gets the work done, explaining to me what he is doing and new product he is using. In other words, it went very well!

Their services are detailed; every nook and cranny is serviced. Doug is our service technician for the termite portion and he's hands down the BEST! He's always a phone call away to answer questions, arrives on time, and always provides exceptional service. No bugs. No termites. No problems. USE THEM!

I had been told that there were possible drywood termites on the property that I am looking to purchase. Once the specialist came out, he was able to determine that it was Argentinian ants that were excavating soil that looked like termite droppings. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about how you treat them. The plan of attack was well explained. I told my potential new neighbor about my experience. He will be using them as well to treat his ant problem.

We have a contract. They keep the Florida bugs in check.

NEVER, EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!I just had the worst experience ! I AM APPLAUD AND DISGUSTED! I'm a nurse as I am very honest and I expect people to be honest with me! TRULY NOLAN of ST PETERSBURG FLORIDA RODENT REMOVAL IS A SCAM AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!! TOTALLY SUB PAR SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED ME $855 for extermination of my rats! Since November of 2015 I have had a rat infestation... Every time I had a rat in the attic, I would call as they sent out a tech... They caught 21 rats... The tech would come remove the rat , then walk the perimeter and apply this nasty, ugly brown foam to anywhere he thought the rats were entering! He then swore they were coming from my piping and suggested I get a plumber... $200 later, pipes were in good shape' After 8 months of this nonsense and the techs I don't give a crap solutions. Over this 8 months I would call and call truly Nolan to help! FINALLY they send an inspector Lance out, walks the perimeter and says I need my vents on the base of my house covered... His supervisor Chris tells me no, he didn't say that and I don't need that and denies doing what the inspector lance suggested! In all this time I never seen anyone go into my attics or crawl under my house until I made a big stink about it to the supervisor Chris! Lots of back and forth on the phone. They Finally send a 2 man crew out here to do as I request after 8 months! Those rats chewed the water lines to my dishwasher, chewed all my duct work in my attic for my AC!!!!Which I had to replace! IN ADDITION during this time I got very sick, hospitalized for a week and went through surgery... WHEN I tell people my story, they are applaud and apologize for getting SCAMMED! This whole thing has stressed me out! There was a month that there was no activity... Then they came back! WHEN THE INSPECTOR CAME TO THE HOUSE, Lance said why did they never cover the air vents on the house ? Because your supervisor Chris denied it!!! Morons! SO THEY ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE EITHER!!!! Meanwhile , I noticed signs of of termites ... So I called another company to inspect... Sure enough, I have live termites! So all this time this "pest control COMPANY" was in my house , the incompetent morons never noticed this! Which proves why I still am getting rats ! When I called them again 10 months later OF MY CONTRACT , when my contract that they made me sign was for a year and I had already paid $700 , they tell me I'm SOL because my account is closed because I stopped paying my bill! I STOPPED PAYING MY BILL, I PAID $700!!! I only owed $155! TRULY, I STOPPED PAYING MY LAST $155 BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE RESULTS! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! So I still have a rat problem because clearly the rats are smarter than the incompetent morons at TRULY NOLAN! They are TRULY WORTHLESS, TRULY THIEVES, TRULY INCOMPETENT !!!! Don't ever use this company!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! As a New Yorker, they would NOT get away with that in the NEW YORK world! Customer service and reliability is sub par down here and they make Florida look bad! TRULY NOLAN... I have only just begun in stopping you to do this to other people!

Gave him a check beforehand, came two days after for the backyard and did a terrible job. Use some type of tar and the bees are still coming in and out. I wanted the bees to be saved, he Lied to me and told me there was a state law to not save the bees when there is not.

Our first treatment was June 2015. That was supposed to include inside / outside inspection, and inside / outside treatment. It was raining that day, so the technician said he'd come back to do the outside treatment; I don't believe that ever happened. They've come every 3 months. It's a different person each time. The technicians all are quite nice and ready to answer questions. I've treated any issues myself as soon as I've spotted anything (a few times with ant trail going up an outside wall or in a window track), so we've never called for service outside of the regular schedule. They do make it clear, however, that one can call anytime if there are bugs or issues. I called today to cancel service, since I'd done the bug prevention at our last home (10 years) and feel I can do it for less money. I was told that I owe $74, since the quarterly fee is $110 and the most recent treatment was 02Dec. There is an automatic monthly charge to our credit card of $37; therefore two more charges would be needed to cover the December treatment. I complained that I don't believe we ever received our initial treatment (for which we paid), and have asked for an itemized list of every treatment that they show having done. I am waiting to hear back. Overall, the people that come to the home seem competent and professional. We've not had any serious issues, so there's nothing to report there. Calling the office number requires time; I hung up today while waiting to speak to a manager, since I had to get back to work and couldn't sit on hold any longer. I am confident that I'll get a call back or an email. I'm curious to learn what they show as the list of treatments received.

We've had an ant issue. They've been out on numerous occasions and have sprayed but haven't solved the problem. It just kept getting worse and worse because it was clear they didn't know how to solve it. We called another company out who spent a bit more time finding the nests and have solved the problem. Truly Nolan just couldn't get the job done so we've changed services.

I was with Truly Nolan for 10+ years and had the same technician the whole time. When the technician changed routes Truly Nolan went through 4 new technicians and I lost the stability of one guy who knew my requirements and could keep the critters out. I live on a wooded acre in a home not well sealed from the elements. During the first 10 years I had no pests and reliable service. Once the technician left, the new guys treated the perimeter but failed to provide the additional service requested in the garage and a couple thresholds from inside. The results were that pests found their way into my home. Yes they seemed to die but NOT before running around for a few days contaminating whatever they touched. I called several times but never received the level of treatment that it would take to control the pests in my environment.

Tim did a great job as always, they have always been very thorough and responsive to any concerns we have had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest control company.

After initial treatment I have called the company back for re-treatment on 7 to 8 occasions each time finding live infestation. I have been requesting a tenting of the house since discovering holes in my wood floors, but to no avail. On one occasion I personally visited the office and requested to meet with the manager of the office due to lack of a call back for a good number of days. The manager visited my house, suggested a re-treat and still "pushed off" tenting. On another occasion when I shared my frustration with a technician treating my house he suggested another individual who "handles the tougher" situations. After several attempts, this gentleman and the manger visited my house and, once again, suggested a retreat but no tenting. Everyone has been very professional and I appreciate the "business model" of Truly Nolan (environmentally sound). However, based on the paperwork I signed and what I was told at inception, they will tent houses if needed at cost. With 4 sections of my floor indicating severe damage (was not there in August 2012 when I signed up for service) its pretty clear the house needed to be tented and much earlier on. If you see the signs of live termites and they swarm during the swarming season, go with a company that will tent your house immediately, not Truly Nolan.

We are grateful to have Truly Nolen for pest control protection. Our service specialist, Tim Brady, is a seasoned professional with knowledge and skills that have served us well. He performs regular routine service, but also addresses our questions and pest concerns.

They came out and inspected the home for any evidence of termites. I was not present at the time of inspection but the house was given a clean bill of health. After purchase of home was completed i got a visit from one of their sales reps wanting to sign me up for quarterly indoor and outdoor extermination services. On the first visit from their indoor exterminator he lifted up a piece of plywood that was used as a ramp in the garage and stated that it look like evidence of termites. Then of course i got another visit from the same sales rep offering termite services. These guys are either incompetent or their crooks. The 2' x 3' sheet of plywood was there the whole time and in my opinion could've and should've been inspected when they did the original home inspection. I would not recommend them
