Our home was a foreclosure that has been empty for about 5 years. Carpets were in pretty good shape considering but it still needed a good cleaning. We have a 3500+ s.f. home, upstairs/downstairs with majority carpet. We also had the ceramic tile in entry/kitchen/hall/bathroom cleaned. Mike did a fantastic job -- he was professional, punctual and efficient. Great experience, great price and very happy with service.

Responsive company, competitively priced

The floors were very durty. They did a good job and it took a couple of hours to complete.

I called for an estimate on Friday, 1/14 and received a return call the same day. Jack came on Monday, 1/17 which was a holiday to give an estimate. Estimate was fair and we asked if they could do windows the following day which he agreed to do. Jack arrived promptly and completed the job on time and exactly as estimated. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend and rehire.

The cleaning went very well. Took most of the day for carpet to dry enough to feel comfortable enough to walk on. Next day after carpet was dry and vacuumed it feel very stiff as if the soap was not rinsed out.

They did a good job. Previously, I had used them and there was a little problem. This time I am completely satisfied.

We were pleased that Top Notch were able to schedule us quickly. I will say that the price was great, but I guess you get what you pay for. The house was not spotless, and many areas were left uncleaned. It was only $25 an hour for one person. She was not able to clean our house (3b/3b townhome) in 3 hours. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning, but she did a nice job on our bathrooms. For $75 I guess I shouldn't expect too much, but still, was a bit disappointed overall. Would gladly have paid more for a more thorough job.

Over all, it was excellent. A very good reliable company. They did every thing they said it to be. I was very pleased that I did not have to tell them to use just plain soap water on my Hurrican windows. Jack not only cleaned the windows, but he also cleaned the sills and all parts that the windows slid on. Excellent.

Jeff from Top Notch cleaning Inc. came out to give me an estimate. Jack came and did the work. He was very nice and professional. He cleaned the bedroom blinds and windows which were very bad. Since these windows have hurricane film, only water could be used on it. They came out sparkling. He also cleaned the glass balcony windows, including paint removal. (My condo was painted and the painter got paint over everything.) He also cleaned the balcony blinds which had 15 years of smoke on them. They came out great. Jack also removed paint from my bathroom tub and tile that had been reglazed just before the painting was done. The owner, Jeff, called the company that did the reglazing and found out what products could and could not be used on it. Jack got most of it off and I was very pleased as it was a big improvement. He went around the bathroom and cleaned the paint off various other areas. The bathroom looks so much better. He also washed the glass in the front door of the screendoor.Overall, the whole condo feels and looks so much cleaner. I was very satisfied. He has great attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work. I will certainly use him again in the future. A very good experience.

Great. really nice, helpful, good people. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and helpful. All around great job, i would never use anyone else. i highly recommend using these folks. Came quickly, right on time. called the day before to remind me they were coming. I had bought the chairs at a consignment shop, and Top Notch made the chairs look, smell, and feel like new furniture. Wonderful people, wonderful service.

They showed up on time, the price was reasonable and they did an excellent job. The brick pavers also came out well, considernig the amount of pressure they used we had no issues with the sand. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors and will definitely use them again.

They were running a little late but called before the appointed time to tell us. Mike and Richard were our technicians they were very professional, friendly and through with their work. They arrive at 9:30 and left at 4:30 with no lunch break. They threw in a couple of small items like cleaning small rugs, an ottoman an the tile on the front porch at no charge. They also went out of their way to explain what they were doing on each piece they cleaned, for example we had a down couch and chair that they did by hand rather than risk getting the feathers wet with steam. Great job, would defiantly use them again!

Very well, The rugs look great. The technician was here a minimal amount of time, and everything dried very quickly, as promised.

Kevin came out for an estimate, which was promptly conveyed to me.Top Notch was the low bid among 3 Angies List companies, so I chose it. Kevin performed the work on schedule and very well.

I first had Jeff, the owner come out for an estimate to do our windows. We have very hight ceilings and a second floor. We started talking of the other services he would be able to do, which is a huge plus if you only have two small rooms of carpeting. He looked around and saw the fans needed to be cleaned and suggested that his crew could do that also. Jeff came out within three days for the estimate and was friendly and very knowledgable...His crew. Melilnda, Mike, Kevin and Jack did two houses for us and were freindly, neat, efficient and very careful. They did a great job and worked hard and I am definately going to use their services again. What a pleasure to do business with Jeff. I highly reccomend this company for all your cleaning needs.

They do my honey do list. They are terrific! I always use Jack, and he is great! I have had a relatioinship with them for such a long time, and they really know my likes and dislikes. I have referred them to my neighbors. I would not use anybody else!

The person doing the cleaning was early (good). He pre-treated all spots on the carpet, explained everything as he went along. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering the house. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet and took all precautions to insure the furniture wasn't damaged. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

My mother lives in a mobile home with a cat named Alphie & a dog named Benji. Needless to say the cat sheds tremendously. I made the appointment weeks in advance & verified the day before. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable & courteous. The price was unbelievably reasonable.

We were less than pleased with Jeff from Top Notch as he certainly was not "top notch" in his ability to work with the public...

They were prompt and courteous when they came to give us an estimate. They were willling to work over the weekend when the parking lot was empty. The day of the job there was a mixup between the supervisor and the team and as a result part of the parking area was not completed. When we called to let them know, they were already aware of the mixup and were making plans to come and finish the job. In the end the job was completed to our expectations, it just took three trips instead of one.

Overall, the technician far exceeded our expectations .

They arrived when they said they would be here. Started to work right away. They worked very hard from start to finish, making sure they went beyond our expectation. We were very pleased with the crew and will use them in the future.

They was spectactular. They came to do window washing and said they noticed the birdcage needed pressure washed. When I got home my garbage pail was out and it was heavy. They got the leaves out of the birdcage and got the leaves off the roof too. They noticed the garbage was heavy and took it down to the street. We didn't contract them to clean the roof but they did that extra service at no cost to me.

I have to start out with saying that the overall experience rating could have been much higher if I gave the company another chance. The lady they sent was really nice, she showed up on time and gave treats to our dogs. After she was done, I did a quick glance and told her everything looked great. However, after she left I looked around and discovered she had dusted "around" things, missed several areas on mirrors (smudge marks everywhere) and hadn't washed my kitchen floor! She didn't clean any appliances such as microwave or fridge (even on the outside) and hadn't touched the kitchen cabinet doors. In fairness, my house is large and she did the kitchen last. She may have run out of time (or steam) at that point. Also in fairness, the company told me ahead of time if I didn't like the person they sent, the would send another. I didn't want to do that because I had already complimented (and tipped!) her when she left(before really looking around). I decided it's just easier for me to try other services.
