I was not happy with the service. We had an emergency and could not be home at the appointment time. I called to apologize and left them a message. I have never heard back from them.

My windows have not been cleaned in over three years so they were a mess. Jeff came out, gave me a quote by email. I hired them the next day. Windows are now spotless. End of story - not a lot of drama because the job was done right.

It was easy to get a hold of Jeff; he personally showed up to measure the areas to be cleaned and gave us an estimate. I liked doing business with Jeff: no frills or gimmicks, he charged what his estimate showed with no 'surprises' (i.e., hidden fees, etc), showed up on time the day he promised, did the job correctly and to our satisfaction. We weren't home the day of the cleaning so we asked his guy to lock the door behind him after he was done, which he did. This might seem trivial, but it's in these small details where you see who pays attention to little things! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Top Notch again.

Top Notch Cleaning was prompt and courteous witih all communications. I was told there would be a confirmation call one day prior to scheduled day of services, and they did call and confirm. Mike (most likely same Mike from other reviews) called me about 30-45 mins before appt. to tell me he was running late. He had to drive from Tarpon Springs to MacDill AFB area, so that's understandable considering the route and traffic possibilites. I appreciate that he called, as many service-at-home providing companies are not great at giving those heads up calls. Mike was friendly and polite. He got to work right away, explaining his plan of attack and what he was using. Everything turned out great. Not every single stain on the runner rug came out, but that was my understanding with the person whom I spoke with to schedule the appt. However, I am no longer ashamed to have the rug in my home's main point of entry. The rug now looks factory new by comparison. The carpets look great and dried out pretty quickly. I'm very satisfied with Top Notch Cleaning and would definitely hire them again if needed as well as refer them to anyone else.

Well, werid, but well. On Monday, Oct 10, Mike came out at 3:30 pm to give me an estimate, only he thought I was ready to have the cleaning done THAT day!!!!!! Three times I had to tell him, NO, this is just an estimate! I'll never understand that! Anyway, Monday, the 18, my stepdaughter, Christy, let the cleaners in since she didn't have to leave for work til 10 am. Mike came about 9 am & started about 9:30, then Jack, I guess (I wasn't there all day NOR did I hear a PEEP from them ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!) came about 4:30 to clean the bathroom floors. I went to look at the bathroom floors but they didn't look like they were even touched! I calledJeff & he said he'd be willing to meet me at the house today (Oct 20) & if I'm still not happy refund my money. I said ok. I called Chris & expected to get her voicemail, but got her instead. she told me they did clean the bathroom floors & did they best they could but they hadn't been cleaned in years so... So I called Jeff back & left a message. Jeff claims Mike told me the rust spot in the back bathroom couldn't be removed or cleaned but Mike NEVER told me that! All Mike told me about those bathroom floors was I'm going to have to ask my boss how to clean these floors since they're VCT flooring. So needless to say, I'm a little confused by both Mike & Jeff.

They were great, and their cleaning crew was wonderful. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

While cleaning the bathroom she accidentally spilled something on the toilet seat and it had discolored the toilet seat. The owner immediately replaced the toilet seat. I am very impressed with the company.

He did a fabulous job. He was very good. He was on time and very professional. He was very nice to work with. In fact I need to call him back to put up some shutters. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

The above is everything in detail of plus the persons who came to do the work. We immediately sent Jeff an e-mail thatt night stating in plain english - CANCEL OUR CARPET CLEANING. YOU CAN COME TO OUR HOUSE TO DISCUSS YOUR BILLING, JACK AND TIFFANY'S WORK PERFORMANCE AND THE DAMAGE TO OUR SEVEN BLINDS. WE WILL BE HOME TODAY - TUESDAY, WEDNEDAY AND THURSDAY AT 2PM FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. Jeff came breezing over our house the next day, Tuesday in the morning when my husband was home (not me) as he didn't believe Jack had ruined our blinds. There were seven (7) Rose Blinds and two (2) White Blinds in the BA's. The Bathroom Blinds were not included in the damage estimate as you could not see the damage if there was any. My husband showed him the blinds and some of the poor workmanship of the two employees. He admitted they were damaged and that some work was not done as well as it should have been, but to negotiate the loss my husband told him to see me as I was the one who was upset as well as the one to discuss what to do. He did not come the following day, after Tuesday, but instead sent an e-mail stating his Wife's father was dying of cancer and he was not available just now asking what my thoughts were on the payment and that he would like to get this issued over as soon as possible. I tossed this back to him to be more specific and to make the first offer. THIS TELLS US NOTHING. EITHER YOU GET SPECIFIC AND CLEAR OR WE WILL HAVE TO PURSUE OTHER OBJECTIVES. A DIRECT ANSWER TO OUR LAST E-MAIL AND MAKE IT TODAY.He finally said after a week "NO CHARGE IF IT WAS THAT BAD!!!! WE said again be more specific to which he gave us exact figures with only $175 for the blinds and a payment of $300.00 out of a $45000. We responded with what we thought which was in the vicinity of $95.00 after blind payment. His answer was the same "WE DID NOT OWE HIM ANYTHING.' Amen!!

Using Angie's List, I searched carpet cleaners and picked a company that is smaller as I like helping the smaller businesses in our area. The tech came all the way from Largo to my Valrico home with a wonderful ready to go attitude. I had always cleaned my carpets with my personal cleaner which I am thinking of tossing at this point. The carpets had numerous stains on them that I couldn't get out no matter how I tried. Top Notch is an appropriate name for this company, as every stain was removed including a very old and very worked pet urine stain from a few year ago. After cleaning those carpets, my ceramic tile/grout was addressed. The price was very reasonable and their machines?AMAZING!!! The tech gave me suggestions for how to maintain the carpet and the grout in between cleanings. I was blown away at the actual color of my grout?a color that wasn't even visable when we purchased this house. I'll surely use this company anytime I want carpets cleaned again! I understand they even do windows!!! :D Maybe next time I'll try that!

They were wonderful. It looked like I had new carpet put in. I have a cat that is sensitive so I requested them not to use chemicals and it turned out much better than I thought it would.

The carpet and grout cleaning experience with this company was awesome. The day I called they scheduled me the same day and even had the guys come out the day before to evaluate the carpets to determine if they could be cleaned or not. They showed up on time and even agreed to clean the grout in another house for the next day as well. Mike showed up on Friday afternoon and worked very hard at both houses on each job. As a last minute birthday present I was told to hire a cleaning lady to do the move out clean in the house where the carpets were being cleaned. It was a Friday afternoon around 2 and we needed the move out clean done by Monday. Because Mike was doing such an excellent job, I decided to call Top Notch to ask about Move out clean pricing. At first I was told they didn't come out to my area for house cleaning. When I told the receptionist it was a move out clean she said she would check with her girls. I was quoted a price of $25 an hour and told a list of "move out" clean services. At the end of the conversation the lady asked me how many hours did I think I would need the cleaning lady. I was never once asked about the size of my house, what the house had such as granite, number of bathrooms or sliding glass doors. They are the professionals they should be able to tell me how many hours are needed for my size home to perform a move out clean. After she suggested four hours I told her that would be ok. Monday morning at 8:30, Jeff the owner called and said Shannon would be running late. No big deal, she called me around 10:15 to tell me she was at the house. When I met her at the house, she said call when she was done. When we arrived to pay her, the company that was there to replace the carpet was also at the house. Shannon had asked me on the phone if it was okay that she did not sweep and mop the kitchen floors since the carpets guys were making a mess with dust and carpet debris. Never once did she mention that she might have needed more time to complete the cleaning. Later that day I went to check the cleaning after the Realtor did the walk through. The carpet guys told us how upset the realtor was with the cleaning job. She was taking pictures of cabinets and the oven and complained of the floors. As we walked through we noticed multiple problems. The oven looked as if it hadn't been touched, all of the inside of the cabinets and drawers were dirty, ceiling fans and vent returns dusty, shelves dusty, all window ledges full of dust, the top of the refrigerator was full of dust, she never touched the laundry room and none of the floors were swept or mopped. I know I agreed on the kitchen not having to be swept or mopped but the bathrooms should have been sparkling. When I called that day to speak with Jeff the owner to discuss the issues, I was told he was out of the office and he would call me first thing in the morning. He did not. I called again the next day and Anna said he was out and she would have him call me back. Jeff returned my call, when we discussed the problems he said he would send someone out to fix the problem the next day. At 9 the next morning Mike the carpet cleaning guy showed up to fix the issues. This is was unacceptable to send a person who was not a house cleaning but a carpet cleaning person to remedy the failure of the house cleaning. He had another job to be at and he didn't have any of the main cleaning tools, such as a vacuum! I like Mike and he did a great job trying to help and did fix some of the major problems but it was not enough in my opinion with all that was wrong. I still spent 2 more hours at the house cleaning base boards, mopping and vacuuming. I never got a follow up call from the owner. I think Mike is fantastic and did an awesome job. I would refer him for work any day. As for the house cleaning services, I would never call the company back again. I'm sure they are a good company overall they just might wan to be very clear on what a move out clean entails. The mark down on professionalism is not against Mike, he was completely professional at all times and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the results.

The work went great. I have used them several times in the past. They are great. They are always on time. They do a great job. I would use their service in the future too.

They phoned a service reminder on Friday before Monday service. I asked that they leave invoice at house- which they did.

THIS COMPANY GOT OUT THE RESIDUE LEFT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT JUST MOVED THE DIRT AROUND THIS COMPANY EXTRACTED THE DIRT.

I received a prompt response from my email to Top Notch. They had previously done our window cleaning previously but came out to the house to check on the condition of the windows. Received an email response with the cost of cleaning inside windows as well as inside and outside windows. I inquired about gutter cleaning and was told they could do that at the same time. i called and they scheduled my appointment for the following week. Kevin showed up right on time. His crew worked from 8:30 to 5:00 and did a wonderful job! I also inquired if they knew of anyone that they could recommend for screen repair (since my other inquiries through Angie's List went unanswered). They said they could do it but would need to take the screens with them for repair but would return them in 1 - 2 weeks (delay because of upcoming vacations). I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend this company to everyone that ever needs their services. "Top Notch" is an appropriate name for the company. That is the service they provide:)

I can't remember the last time I was "wowed" by the customer service from a company---until now. Top Notch did a great job! Mike and Kevin were punctual, friendly, and very thorough. Through a misunderstanding on my end, gutters were not included in the original estimate for work, but Kevin and Mike did them anyway when they found out that I thought they were included. This is an amazing company---I will absolutely be using them year after year.

Top Notch cleaned 4 sliding glass doors and all windows inside and outside as well as all the screens. When cleaning the gutters they noticed a small hole in the roof and took a picture to show me what it looked like. They also cleaned my white sofa and loveseat by hand. i was happy with the work they did.

results were beyond my expectations. the 60 plus years old floors look brand new.

Terry, the cleaning specialist, arrived during the agreed upon time frame and got right to work with close attention to detail. Mike, carpet cleaner, was on time and did a great job. Both were professional, courteous, thorough, and very good at their jobs.

I hired them. They cleaned the house from top to bottom. They were very good. The gentleman who came to give me a quote was very prompt and he told me exactly what would be done. He wrote it out for me and they did exactly everything that he said they would and also some extra. The person who did the cleaning was terrific and the man who did the carpet cleaning was very good too. They cleaned the outside and the cabinets. They were extremely thorough about their work. The price was extremely fair.

I paid $282.50 for complete, top and bottom of my house. It's a 2 storey townhouse. I think I had something like a special price on the whole house and I chose to go with them. They were really friendly. The guy that came to estimate it was a nice guy and then he sent a technician. I like working with them. They were in and out. They fixed the time. They moved the furniture in the living room, they had to do the stairs plus all the carpets in the other rooms. They were good. I don't have anyone else in this area to compare them to. There was just one little thing that happened. He bumped into the shelf that I had and had that toppled off and broke and they offered to pay for everything that had a fall through. There were a couple of small glass items and I guess that would happen to anybody. I was happy and it was unfortunate that it happened. I don't know if I would have them back again. I'm probably going to shop on price when I'm going to do the whole house again and I may have these guys bid on it. A little wishy-washy about will I have them come back or not. He didn't really argue with me about the breakage thing. When I told him about it, he said he'll take care of that and he was willing to pay for it. They were here on the spot when they said they would be. I would consider using them again.

Mike showed up on time and ready to work. He was his usual cheerful, professional self (I've used Top Notch several times before I joined Angie's List). He made sure all furniture was on blocks or protected by plastic squares. He was quick but thorough. The carpet looked and smelled so much better, as did the whole house. I will definitely call Top Notch again!
