Founded in Pinellas County in 1980 by Jeff Scholpp, Top Notch Cleaning has become well known for the quality of services provided. We are a licensed and bonded company that specializes in both residential and commercial cleaning and are very proud of our reputation and customer satisfaction. As a small business in a “big business society” our focus on quality, personalized service, and commitment to our customers and staff has enabled Top Notch Cleaning to gain the competitive edge. Description of Work: We made a date for the cleaning then the owner called the day before and said he had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next Saturday at 10 am. The cleaner one person showed up after 11am. He didnt give her my # or anything. Kelly was great but shes one person and I have a good sized house 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. She worked nonstop for 5 hours and didnt get to finish and I blame her boss for sending 1 person to do a deep clean. Two bedrooms the oven and fridge didnt get done and the baseboards. The cleaner was great but thats too much work for one person the owner should be ashamed of himself for working her like that. She did the best she could but Im disappointed in the owner not Kelly. I think he should make the service right since I paid for a deep cleaning and only got a partial because the job was too much for one cleaner. The ad said for a house 2300sq ft- 3500sq ft my house is 2300sq ft. Thank you.

Over all it was good.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet which needed it badly. However the front hall bled back thru and should have been done again. They also had a maid come in to do a general cleaning, which was done in a good manner but she missed some of the thing I would have liked her to do.
