WE WANTED THE FURNITURE CLEANED. IT IS STILL DIRTY WITH BROWN OR YELLOW SPOTS ON THE ARM AND THE EDGE OF THE SEAT. I WOULD WANT THEM TO REUPHOLSTER ALL THE FURNITURE ALL THE COUCHES BECAUSE I DON'T' THINK YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH IT. THE COUCHES ARE DESTROYED. THEY LOOK UGLY.
Description of Work: I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING DONE TO OUR SOFAS. ONE IS A SECTIONAL (2 PIECE) AND THE OTHER 3 PIECE (SOFA & 2 ARM CHAIRS). THE 3 PIECE SET IS STILL DIRTY & HAVE WHITE SPOTS ALL OVER. I DID NOT WATCH TO SEE HOW HE CLEANED THEM SINCE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE EXPERTS. THE SOFAS WERE NOT VACUUMED BEFORE CLEANING, ONLY USED SHAMPOO ON SOFAS. I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER AND HE CAME DOWN TO LOOK. SAID HIS WORKER WILL BE BACK. HE CAME BACK AND THIS TIME HE VACUUMED AND STEAM CLEANED. AS HE DID IT YOU CAN SEE DUST OR SOAP PARTICLES IN THE AIR. NOW THE SOFAS AND CHAIRS HAVE WHITE AND BLUE SPOTS AND BLOTCHES ALL OVER. IT'S A MESS, LIGHT AND DARK SHADING ALL OVER. IT IS STILL DIRTY. YOU CAN SEE BROWN SPOTS ON ARM OF THE CHAIR AND ON THE SEAT. I WANTED THEM CLEANED BUT HE RUINED THEM.

Response from Top Notch Cleaning Inc
On our initial visit tech made it clear because of fabric type (velour/velvet) we were limited on how aggressive we could be to remove stains on the already worn sections of fabric. In addition tech pointed out several severe stains we could not guarantee. Member said to proceed w/ safest process so we hand shampooed the furniture. We received a call they were unhappy so tech returned to steam clean a pillow to see if it would be satisfactory. They said it looked better but still were not totally satisfied. I, Jeff (owner) inspected job & performed a more aggressive technique w/ a brass bristle brush on the backside of sofa. Member decided to have it performed on the rest of the pieces. Tech brushed all pieces, vacuumed & steam cleaned soiled spots. We thought they were happy. No discoloration was noted (velour/velvet) when brushed in different directions will appear to change color just like carpeting. Offer: Refund the member's check for $160.

When they said that they would be here at 11:30am they really meant it! He was here at 11:29am! He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. When I asked about treating the carpet with Scotch guard, he was professional enough to tell me that I really didnt need it but he would do it if I wanted it done. He was friendly, the price was reasonable and I would recommend this company to my friends any time!

I have used this company for over a year now. Anna the supervisor is wonderful but she needs to keep a tight leach on her staff. I have gone thru two ladies thus far and have not been satisfied with the quality of the work. The first lady, when after I spoke with Anna, gave me an attitude when I asked her to clean certain things, which werent un reasonable requests. The second lady was a bit nicer but very unprofessional. When I began service with this company I was told that they would be wearing uniforms. I dont consider "hot pants" and a cut off shirt on a 50 or 60-year-old lady, a uniform! She also complained about working and did a terrible job at cleaning! I am very disappointed with this company!
