An appointment was scheduled for the day following my initial call. I had a very soiled area in one room, but the technician surprisingly was successful in making it look new. He was very polite, sociable, and did a great job.

They came out and did an estimate and then scheduled the appointment. I was very pleased with the work and they were very thorough. Jeff was very professional during the estimate.

We used this company multiple times for our rental properties and never had a problem until the last time and will never use them again. We were living in a rental property and wanted the place cleaned after we had moved our belongings out. Later when we went back to check the job we found all the brand new stainless steel appliances had been cleaned using an abrasive cleaner. They were all scratched in a circular pattern by the person who had cleaned them, no one had been in the house since the cleaning company left. The company refused to take responsibility and we had to pay over $2000 to the landlord for their mistake.

She did an excellent job vacuuming all of the carpet. My stainles steel sink in the kithcen now looks brand new. She did an excellent job cleaning my tiles as well. I have a fiberglass tub that she cleaned and it also looks brand new. She was prompt. She worked very hard. She was more than willing to follow my suggestions but mostly she just knew what to do and was very pleasant.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned everything left there.

I had them come over again for my annual holiday cleaning.It went well. They let me know ahead of time when to expect them and called me when they were on their way. They were very thorough. I will use them again next year for my annual cleaning.

It went fine. It always does. Mike is very professional. The recliners, in particular, look like new.

I had previously used this company 1 year prior and needed my carpets cleaned again. I called and receipt flexible appointment around my schedule. The cleaning tech arrived on time and called ahead to make sure I was home. He was very courteous, prepped all furniture for protection and did a wonderful job. No mess or residue left behind. I would definitely use them again along with trying some of their other services offered.

The experience has been good. I'm a new comer to them though, so sometimes they switch me around on days, but it's ok for now since I'm at home & not working. I wish I could get a solid time more often but I see how more established customers get scheduling preference. I have allergies & a dog. There's one room that has gotten really dusty. Up until this last visit they just picked up & vacuumed but it could've used more intense cleaning. However, this last visit, she spent most of her time in this one room to take care of the dustiness.

They were a little late, but called to check if that would be ok, and it was. Keeping the date appointment was paramount and they respected that. They cleaned what we needed and at a fair price.

It was just a great experience, first time to have khouse cleaners and they were great.

They did a top notch job. He was here on time and worked steadily. He did a really good job and I would hire him again.

I would definitely recommend them to others. They were very good. They worked fast but they did a good job.

Great Job by Jeff and Mike! I closed on the purchase of my home yesterday and neglected to schedule an appointment for a carpet cleaning at least a few days in advance. Jeff (the owner) answered the phone early in the morning had me scheduled for a same day 2pm appointment in moments. Mike (the tech) showed up on time, was professional, courteous and quick. Company sent a father/daughter team. My first instinct told me that the job was too big for 2 people. The father/daughter team were very nice and professional. My wife said many areas were not cleaned well. The oven still had grime and stovetop still had obvious signs of not being thoroughly cleaned. The carpet was steam cleaned..we were very happy with this part of the cleaning.

They were very, very good. They had their own machine. I used people before them which I didn't get from Angie's List and they were not so good, let's just put it that way. I was afraid what would happen would be the same thing, but it ended up being very good. I will use them again.

He spent alot of time and was extremely thorough. Place looked great after he was done. He took no short cuts and was very polite. Most of all, the job came out better than I could have expected. It was certainly worth the price and I would have them back, and am going to have them clean my inside tile and grout. They did everything they promised and more.

The staff arrived on time and were very professional. They stripped, cleaned and waxed the floors overnight and they were dry by morning. They used a non-yellowing wax and the floors looked fantastic! I was extremely pleased with the results and will definately contact them again in the future to maintain the floors.

Their people are professional, polite and hard working. We have been using them twice a month for the last year. When one of their cleaners was sick, a manager came out and cleaned instead

She did work continuously when she was here. The result were definitely worth the price I paid. I would use them again in the future. She had her own supplies and did a very good job.
