Anna in the office was very nice and reworked their schedule to fit me in. The cleaning job was great. They got the stains out of 2 rooms that we thought the carpet would have to be replaced. I will use them again!

They are outstanding. I called and they were out within 2 days to clean the carpet. I'm having them back to do the windows. I am very pleased with their work.

My first phone call produced an on-site estimate within two days. Kevin was on the job punctually. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, friendly, and very efficient. This was a reasonable price for our many small-paned windows. It was a completely pleasant experience.

They were very good and efficient. They did a nice job. We called and got three estimates from different cleaners, and they were the lowest price out of the three. I would definitely hire them again.

Top Notch was excellent. They cleaned the carpets, went out of their way to raise wood furniture so that it would not stain carpets, got under things to clean, and did a wonderful job. They cleaned a sectional sofa, which I thought I would have to get rid of prior to it being cleaned by Top Notch. It had body oils and dog oils on it. But now, it is like new and smells fresh. They are great.

We had this service performed prior to moving into the house. The company was on time, performed their work in a satisfactory manner and charged us $75. We felt this was a very reasonable price. The workers were cordial and polite.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL EXCEPT THE KITCHEN FLOOR, IT WAS NOT THAT GREAT. FOR WHAT I PAID I THINK I RECEIVED A GREAT SERVICE. I WOULD PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN, MISSED A COUPLE SPOTS BEHIND THE FURNITURE, BUT OVERALL I'M PLEASED!

Sent a wonderful girl who cleaned my entire house (2,500 sq ft). She did an amazing job - even organized my 15 year old son's room - a task I could never bring myself to try!

Although we have always been very satisfied with their carpet and window cleaning work, we were very disappointed with the maid service. We have a 1000 sq ft rental home, and when my property manager met her after 4 hours of cleaning, she was sitting in her car waiting. The kitchen and bathroom sinks/counters were not clean, the large throw rug wasn't vacuumed, it didn't look like she washed the sheets, and she didn't clean out or on top of the fridge. She went back in and spent another hour. When I called them to discuss the problem, they were very defensive and told me that she only forgot to clean inside one kitchen cabinet. The owner called me back and was a little more apologetic, but said my property manager was "too picky". He still wanted to charge me for the extra hour. Although the end result was okay, it was a waste of time for my property manager to have to wait for her to finish then wash the sheets herself. I would never use them again for housecleaning.

I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMAN AT THE BUSINESS AND HE SAID HE'D GET BACK WITH ME TO SCHEDULE CLEANING, BUT NEVER HAS. THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALLED TO SAY THEY COULD NOT FIT ME IN.

CARPET CLEANING PROFESSIONAL WAS RESPECTFUL, NICE AND HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE CARPET STAYED DAMP LONGER THAN HE STATED, BUT THAT WASN'T A VERY BIG DEAL.

THE CLEANER WAS VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT. HE ACTUALLY CALLED TO SEE IF HE COULD COME BY EARLY. THE RUGS LOOK GREAT.

ANDREA ARRIVED ON TIME AND CLEANED THE ENTIRE FOUR HOURS. SHE WAS VERY DETAIL-ORIENTED AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ANDREA. THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING THAN A CLEAN HOUSE!

PATTY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, THOROUGH AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH OUR HOUSE. WILL BE USING TOP NOTCH ONCE A WEEK AND ALSO HAVING OUR WINDOWS CLEANED THROUGH THEM. EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THERE IS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. GREAT COMPANY.

BOTH TECH'S WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ONE CLEANED MY WINDOWS INCLUDING MY SCREENS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE OTHER CLEANED MY CARPETS AND ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAD THOUGHT I WOULD NEED TO REPLACE MY CARPETING BUT ONCE TOP NOTCH CLEANED THEM, THEY LOOKED NEARLY NEW. THE CARPETING IS 14 YEARS OLD BUT ONE WOULD NOT KNOW IT AFTER CLEANING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
