I've used this company for several months, but because of bad service I've had to find a new company. They say they will send the same person to clean, but never do. One week they came they did not empty any trash. The last lady that came cleaned my wood furniture with window cleaner. I paid between $50-$62.50, depending on how long they were here.

The maids were very good. Sometimes need a little supervision. The owner increased the rates and I have since stopped using them due to the increase.

I picked out Top Notch Cleaning from the A list on Angie's' List and I was not disappointed in my total experience. I didn't need to wait for a call back on my initial call. On the initial call I was quoted a price over the phone and that was the price on the final bill. I spoke to the owner who was very pleasant, professional and I felt good about my choice of vendor. I am out-of-state and Top Notch accommodated my schedule during one of my short trips to the site. The gentleman who actually performed the work was very pleasant as well and did a terrific job. I anticipate that I will call back Top Notch for future carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as scheduled home cleaning.

I think they are at the top of the list, as far, as quality. The guy who comes is very professional and punctual.

Melissa came ready to tackle our large house. We have central vac, but she chose to use her own vac, which was okay for me. It took her 5 hours my house sparkled and smelled wonderful after! I'm paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a power chair so it's a godsend to have someone to come in and clean for me, my husband and my daughter. Oh, did I mention that I also have 8 cats; two of which are kittens? I think Melissa fell in love with one so much she took a photo of one on her cell phone. We will be having Melissa back twice a month to clean for us that's for sure! MJ Hopper

Mike arrived promptly and cleaned both carpets and upholstery. He was friendly, polite and did a great job. I will use them again and am happy to recommend Top Notch Cleaning to others.

They did an excellent job. They got out all the stains and it was quite dirty. The price was very good it was actually less than what they quoted me over the phone. I would definitely use them again

They get in and get right to business. They do it right and they do what they say they will do. There are no hidden costs. They always do a good job and are friendly.

We were very happy with the work. You look out and you can't even see the glass there. We were pleased with them. The price was a little over the original estimate, so we contacted the company and they admitted they made a mistake and stuck by their original estimate.

I had an appointment for between 12:00 and 1:00PM. Jack finally arrived at 2:30PM and finished the job at 3:45PM. He took his time, did a very good job, and was personable. I would have him come again, however, they could do a better job of scheduling.

It went wonderful. Everyone worked together to stay out of each others way. They used towels under their buckets to ensure no spots on carpets. Very neat and pleasant. They cleaned my mirrors in baths complementary which was a very nice jester. Ladies were excellent and very careful with breakables. They also completed work timely. I paid extra for detailing of window tracks which was much needed. This is not a cost for every time.

The windows look fantastic and Kevin worked very hard for a good price. The company called me right away and gave us the estimate without us having to be home.

The prices were reasonable, but the quality of work was inconsistent, and regularly, the house was not cleaned up to the originally agreed upon standards. Tried several different cleaning people to remedy the situation, and finally just decided to cancel the service when the owner, Jeff, was just unwilling to find a satisfactory solution.

Excellent! Cynthia showed up on time, quickly unloaded all her cleaning gear, and got right to work. She is very energetic and professional and when she was finished my house was spotless. She is now cleaning my house every other week to keep it spotless.

The girl who showed up was nice, she took a look around, then got started. She seemed to be doing a good job, until you looked where she had cleaned. There were a lot of things overlooked and she had to be told that she missed them. The following cleaning week the same thing happened. She took a long time to clean, just not a thorough job. I tried to get someone else to do the job the next time, Anna said that she would come and clean for that week and would find someone else for the following cleaning. On the scheduled day she phoned and said that she could not make it and that there was no one else to clean that week or any other week after that. She then hung up the phone.

When we called we were treated very courteously. The receptionist was able to schedule a time the week requested (right before the holidays). The two gentlemen who arrived were also courteous and got right to work. While the windows were sparkling, some of the screens had not been cleaned and the sliding door tracks were still dirty. When I called back, the receptionist was not quite as perky, but did say they would send someone out the next day to address our concerns. Their long standing employee of 24 years arrived and with a helper did a great job. I will use them again, but will request Craig.

Contacted me in a timely fashion, gave me a reasonable estimate, performed the service as promised, did a great job. I will use them for other services they provide.

They did an average to below average cleaning job.

Worker was prompt, cheerful and courteous. He cleaned the family room tile and offered to clean the tile in the laundry room without an extra charge. He finished promptly. Work was completed and a check was written. The tile looked great and still does a month later.

Kevin arrived early and did a terrific job on our windows. I felt the price was very fair and the work excellent.

Long story short, they sent out an inexperienced person to bid the job. The woman in the office bid the job at $400. I had to have the girls come back because they said they'd washed the kitchen cabinets, but they had not! They were still as dirty as when I left! And they hadn't touched the appliances. They still didn't do appliances very well (second time around) or the bar or fireplace (wipe down). I did tip them for coming back, but I regretted that when I got a bill for $640!!! Over 50% of the original quote added onto the bill!! I do have to say, they seemed willing to please when I called to complain- then added another $240 to the bill!!!!!????? I did add 2 small chairs to be cleaned after the quote, but $240 more!!???? Windows looked wonderful, carpet and furniture looked ok (different people did them). Their cleaning "girls" aren't worth a dime. I just washed down the kitchen myself and now I'm starting on the bar. Won't use them again...
